Regret did not bring our own bath towels. No recommend

Did not clarify must pay 100 deposit before booking. After check-out , can not get the deposit back right away, have to hold for five business days.

Great check-in with friendly staff. Plenty of parking but maybe due to my midweek (WED) stay. Comfortable bed, good-sized room, liked having mini-fridge and microwave available though they weren't needed for this stay. Felt like a pretty safe location. Not too far from restaurants and area attractions. Would definitely stay again.

No elevator; if you have a lot of stuff to shlep, lug it up the stairs. Due to location and street layout, you must enter from the south and leaving, you HAVE to go north and make a U-turn if you need to head south so a little inconvenient.

Best motel in Orange County

This family-owned motel was cleaner than even most top rated hotel chains I've been to. The owners take exceptional pride in maintaining all aspects of the premises, and a leaf blower is even used daily. I had no hesitation soaking in the tub and ever inch of the linens was spotless. I cannot recommend this place enough due to the attention and care Rick and Freni put into making guest satisfaction. I felt incredibly safe here as a solo female traveler and could even chat on my phone at night in my car with no concern. Even in a first floor room, it was very quiet and I never smelled cigarette smoke.

Owner was friendly. The facilities/comfort was fine for just me. Reasonably priced.

The location/neighborhood wasn't good. It's reasonably close to Knotts Berry Farm, but you wouldn't want to walk there. No breakfast.

I have stayed at better motels. The reviews ppl left had me optimistic. It was a No for me, pillow were itchy, floor was dirty. But good news the staff swept the property at 1230 am which was nice.

No breakfast. The price for the quality of the room did not match. There was no comforter or duvet only a cheap Walmart throw. Uncomfortable bed. Room should have costed no more 60$ definitely not worth 179.

A good budget motel.

The room was simple and clean. There was a fridge, desk, and tub, so it didn't feel like a box with a room and bathroom. There weren't any noise issues.

The floor was a little warped in my room. It seemed like it took a while for there to be hot water, but this was admittedly attempted fairly late at night.
