Very convenient, was able to walk to Knot’s berry farm in 7 minutes. Went to Disney on our 2nd day and it took about 15 minutes via car. Easy check in and out. We did not request cleaning for our 3 day stay but the property made sure the room was clean and provided clean bed sheets.

Barking dogs my husband got up in the morning Dog poop all down the hallway..he did let the staff know they cleaned it. Still gross not something I wanted to see. Also no elevators for the 2nd floor We only got a few towels for our room…But overall decent. And just walking distance to Knotts berry

Perfect location, beautiful views
The beds, the sheets the pillows are fine the floor the bathroom is clean. They just need to clean the walls with a hot towel and soap and disinfected spray for the walls. Everything else was cool. They just need to wipe the walls down.
