It was a place to sleep, but even that is debatable.

As soon as I arrived, the bedsheets had stains and smelled terrible, the pillows were stained as well, but the worst of all was the amount of cockroaches in the room. While sleeping, two fell on my face... it was infested with cockroaches, completely disgusting.

Dive motel is sketchy, but you can sleep and take a shower for cheap

I picked the cheapest motel I could find by Disneyland and it turned out to be a hangout for street people. The floor wasn't clean. I felt safe though and it did have a mini-fridge and a microwave which was a bonus. There's a pool but I would never swim in it, that's for sure.

Beds are uncomfortable . They sprayed too much air freshener, my wife got a migraine and nausea. We even left for 2 hours to see if it desipates. She was still getting a headache so we had to cancel

Read this nightmare

I only liked the man at the front office . Great service handled everything I asked of him.

The room was dirty. The fridge was filthy and the freezer was so caked up with frostbite and previous tenants items . Cockroaches crawling on the wall the moment I walked in. The area by the first bed was wet with unknown liquid . Dirty plunger sitting directly in front of the door with a pile of cigarettes trash and various items dumped next to the plunger outside of the door . The toilet seat had what looked like pee marks on the seat or water stains. The shower curtain was just a cloth liner so the way went through the curtain and made the floor extremely wet. The heater in the room started to produce smoke after 1 minute of running like it was going to start a fire. The ac was extremely dirty and made all of us have immediate sinus issues from lack of cleaning and buildup on the air conditioner. TV did not work at first but the gentleman fixed it and updated it . Lots of small debris on sheets like they were not replaced after previous use and the trashcan was extremely filthy with just a new bag inside it . 1 star I WILL NEVER book another room here again . Lots of sketchy people hanging outside and it did not feel safe for me and my kids . I recommend staying completely away from this place .

There was no breakfast, they said they had ice and vending machines but there was none. The staff was friendly but did not actually make anything better.

There was mold in the bathrooms and under the beds. There were roaches. Everything was so dirty. One of our rooms the toilet did not work. The floors were so dirty you had to wear shoes or it would turn your feet or socks black on the bottom. The sheets had hair both dog and human on them and cigarette burns in them. The walls were dirty. And the fan in the bathroom did not work. A peak into the laundry room made it clear why the sheets were dirty.

Had Roaches, maid service never received in 4 days that I stayed in roo. I had to out my own curtains up in windows for privacy Because of someone else getting into an argument with someone that showed up to my room they took my 100 dollar deposit and the 1st night I stayed in was n I t able to use my toilet for close to 10 hours before the maintenance brought me a plundger and then I had to un clog toilet by myself I had Roaches crawling on the bed and woke up to obw crawling on mt leg

We were rather uncomfortable with majority of the other people who were there, but staff was on top of the ones who were an issue. We also didnt have a tv remote in the room, we were only there one night, and didnt mind getting up to change channels.

The bed was comfortable but the furniture in the room looked as though it was someone's trash.

The bathroom appeared somewhat clean but the door was filthy and needed a good paint job. We were there during the summer heat, but the pool was disgusting. Green with algae and hadn't been cleaned in quite awhile.

The water in the shower was hot! Elevator for accessibility! That’s it!

Well let’s start with the fact that I was checked into room 201 upon walking in the room smelt of feces and urine. It was so hot in there we went to turn the AC on upon walking further by the window there was blood on the floor and literal poop on the wall! Streaks of it! The bed was clearly used and put together with.no new bedding! I asked to be moved or a refund they then moved us to room 311! Room was better but still needs a lot of work! I had to go buy my own bleach to clean the room. They gave us 1 towel! Just 1! The pool looks like it’s just there for looks rather than being used. Someone on the first floor has stuff stacked against the window so high they clearly are hoarders! Trash cans are piled high next to the elevator! You literally get what you pay for! So disgusting will never stay here again. And if you have kids! If you want something sanitary! I’d strongly advise against this place

reserved a stay at your hotel and called that I could be later than 3:00 pm and will pay with card not cash. When I arrived 4:45 the not so nice man working was a complete and utter disgrace. He told me well to bad I already sold your room then proceeded to say that I couldn’t pay in cash because I was late. What is that? When he got over his hissy fit I got my key and went to my room which was NASTY HORRIBLE IN EVER WAY! The mold, the smell, THE BLOOD IN THE TOILET! the toothpaste in the sink and the curtains fallen down not to mention the literally decay of something on and in the fridge this was horrible! Left for 9 hours came back to NOOOO parking anywhere not even the electric car spot which I have a Tesla to park! I had to park by a ratchet gate by the pool! Not even a parking spot. Get back up to my room and 4 roaches on the counter. I can’t even believe they are allowed to stay open

I got what I paid for. A cheap place to stay with bare minimum quality.

Check-in and check out process was easy and straight forward. I simply needed a place to sleep and get cleaned, and that's what I got. Fridge/freezer and microwave in the room, although I only used the fridge. It's close to restaurants and stores.

The floors were dirty, there was bugs (roaches) infested in the room I stayed in. I used one of the towels to walk across the floors for the entirety of my visit, as I did not trust the floors (without shoes). The bed sheets had holes in it, and I found one of the roaches on my bed. Cobwebs were in the corners of the rooms, the shower head was spraying sideways and made a mess in the bathroom. Limited toiletries provided. There were also flies that come from the drains of the shower. The showers also did not drain properly and would flood easily. Bathroom sink was kinda janky, but worked. Outlets next to the bathroom sink did NOT work. The 1 night I stayed I did not get a goodnight rest, I kept waking up to loud noises coming from neighboring rooms and from the outside. I was also paranoid after finding a bug on my bed before going to sleep. The door security and latch was not the most secure thing. I was NOT checked out yet, and one of the staff opened the door and tried to come in while I was resting. There was a latch above the turn-lock, but it did not securely close the door all the way. The staff was still able to open the door partly and invade my privacy, which I did not appreciate.. There needs to be better communication between the front desk and cleaning staff, especially if guests are still in the room.

the staff are very rude and interrogate you about everything then I had to deal with the same guy multiple times and every time I made a new booking he immediately was like you want to keep the deposit yes there is a 100 deposit even though there was mold in my roomwhen I went to leave he acted like I didn't have a deposit and I had to remind him and he still tried to play dumb do not stay here its not worth the headache you might as well just stay at another close by hotel

I didn’t feel safe there and we had to clean the room as soon as we got there. We went to amusement park came back tired in the middle of the night turned on the lights and there were roaches everywhere.

Would not recommend. Although the room was in an area very close to Disneyland, you really get what you pay for.

The walls in our room were covered in black mold, especially behind the mirror and the door. Overall we did not feel comfortable staying in the room for the 5 nights we had payed for and left to find another motel after 2. The room also smelt of smoke constantly, it was only when we discovered the air vent in the bathroom actually didn't suck at all, but rather pushed air from other rooms back in to our room that we realised why. Very gross.

The customer service was great

The comforter had holes in it the restroom Toliet wasn’t flushing properly. When we went to bed to cover ourselves my daughter noticed there was blood on the sheets which caused her to sleep with us.The worst part is we started to feel itchy but we were so tired we went to bed. I wake up at 5:30am to discover we all have bites on us!
