I came from out of town this time 3-4 years ago it was matter that’s the reason i went back and was crazy I had one of the same room I was in before and the room did not look like that

There was no towels none when I went to the office not even a face towel the bed was low and broke the tub was torn up, needed the tub remodel

Comfortable bed,love that it had a refrigerator and coffee maker.

That it wasn’t as clean, they’re were ants in my bed and sink.And the bed you can tell wasn’t clean properly all the way.

Don't go to motel 6 👎

The location was OK

The rooms could be cleaner. One female staff member was extremely rude with a horrible attitude and made things extremely difficult. After my check in I immediately checked out right after 10 mins of being in the room from the over all look. The smell was horrible like cigarettes, the bathroom was insane, the tub looked like blood was in it, the room looked like a homeless guy was in it. Not to mention i found roaches in the room. I would never come back to motel 6.

Really disappointed, penny pinching, invasion of privacy and bad attitudes.

The parking was great and accessible.

There should never be any kind of room for rent that doesn't have a refrigerator or microwave. Staff is really overbearing, came in my room while I was in the shower and stayed for a look around pretending she couldn't hear me yelling. Yet she herd enough to respond. Ya know there's no microwave on the property but there are phones, USE IT!!!!

I like the location.

Very dirty...the rooms are filthy dirty...the day I have checked-in I decided to take a rest in the bed, and when I uncovered the blanket on one of the beds I found that the previous person who visited has left their underwear and their pubic hair on the bedsheets (mind you, that they have the cleaning crew on the premise and that each room has to be cleaned after the clients have checked out and left)..the bathtubs are very dirty and the drains are clogged so the dirty water doesn't go, you will end up taking a shower in this water...

This was not a good day. We had cockroaches crawling on us while we were sleeping and the beds were very very uncomforta

Property was near Knotts Berry Farm

The staff was very rude. There was drug dealers outside, and there was cockroaches in our room, and the beds were so old there were springs hitting our back.

Other than the 2 issues mentioned above, our stay was great!

I requested for rooms to be close to each other, and our rooms were actually right next to each other - which was even better! The beds were very comfortable.

The only 2 issues I would like to mention are: #1. went to office for more coffee, and they had run out of coffee; and #2. the sprinkler in the bathroom leaked so I had to make sure to place towel covering toilet and floor - because I didn't want the floor to get ruined. I had to call the office staff upon arriving to make complaint on a large dog that kept barking for over 2-3 hours - but the office staff took care of it right away.

Loved the pet friendly atmosphere and the fact we could park our truck out back. It was a great location to uber back and forth to the park.

The location is great, you can go to Anaheim in an instant.

Too noisy, everything is old and dirty. The AC smells like a litter box, and some parts of the bathroom are vandalized or chipped.

We loved the staff at night. They were very helpful, upgraded our room for a fair rate, friendly, and helped with replacing our AC. We loved we could use the laundry machines, they are $4 each machine for those who want to know.

When we checked out, we were charged for ash in the room. We did not smoke in the room. We did call to dispute, but they would not budge on the fee. Fallen ash is considered smoking in the room, apparently. There is no microwave. As a note to any wanting to book, microwaves are not in any of the rooms.

Room had a Very Distinct odor and we had to go out to buy an air freshener for the room, we asked to be in non smoking section whixh -we were in, but still cigarette smell was prevalent throughout the area

It’s convenient, right next to the 91 Freeway and plenty of dining options within walking distance.

Room was clean but sparse (no refrigerator). Property is exceptionally noisy outside. Wall of the shower had a hole in it, shower head water pressure was insufficient and the shower head is mounted too low for anyone over 5’9”.

FRONT DESK AND HOUSEKEEPING DO BETTER

I liked the air conditioning

Tammy and michelle and patricia...the front desk people. Tammy failed to communicate properly with her staff of an early check in for me michelle gave me a whole attitude when I inquired about my early check in and left me kn the heat..and Patricia smh she's just bad at talking to anyone period!! Lots of bums around too!! And finding a syringe under the mattress was wild too

WHAT HAPPENED MOTEL 6????

I liked that the ac was very cool.

Well I have stayed here often and I have never seen so many drug users as I have this time around. A man stood outside my room door for hours talking to people and playing music. Patty is still rude to customers and the maids literally avoid you when you request cleaning. Im very surprised this time around here at how much this place has gone down!!

The courtyard was pretty.

There is no room service. There were pubic hairs in the bath tub, and the mattress was jelly - all coils that you could feel. Staff were rude. Clientele were homeless with their pets staying a month at a time.

Scare from my life

Sketchy place and there was a security guard for the property it was not on any of the reviews

I was slightly scared. I had to check for bedbugs and roaches. The hallways were dirty over. Trash cans are overflowing with trash. Had to block the door with my suitcase to be feel a little safe. There was no pool. No soap or conditioner shampoo . it was just false advertising that what actually looks like.

I love the quiet ness the staff are always friendly helpful and informative especially Tammy she's always helpful

One of the managers came to my room rushing me to get out which was rare I have never experienced that and I am at this motel 6 often
