Not very clean

The room was spotless!

Check in and check out was fast and easy, Hotel its self needs some major updates. Has a funky smell. Carpets were dirty and our roof in the room was pretty bad definitely and older hotel

The bathtub drain was clogged. I reported it, the plumber came and said he fixed it, but the next day when I took a shower, it was the same. Terrible.

Cons- The hotel overall was not well maintained. Elevator panels were broken/physically falling apart. Floors in lobby were black and sticky (it was not raining). It had a weird smell throughout hotel including the room. Pro- The room was spacious and staff was nice.

Just ok. Not the nicest or fanciest place but gets the job done if you need a place to rest your head. Good for a road trip, not so much for impressing your romantic interest…

The room condition was poor. It was nice but a lot of broken pieces.

Breakfast was good. Parking was good. The beds, for 4 adults, were not queen or doubles... they were fulls, at best. We stayed 4 days and didnt get one refresh on towels or beds made. We NEVER hung the Do Not Disturb sign, so there was no excuse. Friendly staff and clean facilities. Just poor service on the housekeeping side. The bathroom needs attention too. Never stayed were double closet doors with kitchen knobs were used as bathroom doors.

Check in was very nice, quick, and smooth. The Philippino gentleman that check me was very welcoming. Room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable.

It was an average hotel room.

Room was quiet, bed comfortable. Sink & tub were clogged. Breakfast was ok, but no hot food options but waffles. Parking was good.

Staff was nice and helpful. The room was clean, and there was plenty of parking. It was a peaceful place to stay.

Was really bad experience firts night that shower tub water dont drain. We shower wiht dirty water . Will till front deck. They not do room services. I ask for they never did.. second day toilets get stuck i check out. Rigt away. I till front deck lady rill rude. U call front deck to let know i here i check out. U think people's like to be aroud bad plumbing. Hotel.

Service was great. When we got our room TV was not working. But I appreciate that they did move us to another room. I recommend this hotel.

Clean rooms

Front desk employee was unprofessional. He did not cater to any needs or break down the location, amenities, etc. Room was ok but the bathroom was pretty bad and needs improvements. Breakfast was wasteful and filled with carbs, old food, and limited healthy options.

Room setup king bed was awesome shower was amazing bed was comfortable and there’s plenty of parking! I’ve found my new go to hotel for trips to SoCal!

Breakfast would be better w/few more options. Bottled water at check in would be nice. However I really appreciate the kind staff here. Great customer service

Customer service is efficient. The hotel out door grounds, room and bed sheets were clean and comfortable.

The rooms were old, water came out brown, ac didn’t work well, tv also didn’t work to us, overall it wasn’t the best experience.

Everything was good. They just have a limited breakfast.

Stayed 2 nights withmy husband and toddler. Overall the hotel was clean and staff was nice. However, although hotel and room seemed clean at a glance, it was dated and could use some good updating because it had a lot of areas that showed signs of much wear/tear. The bed was comfortable, there was plenty of hot running water, tv worked fine but I did not feel comfortable walking barefoot let alone my toddler because the carpet looked grimy and felt dirty- proof was in our socks. I loved the location and that it was in a comercial business area which had plenty of FREE parking. Also, lots of places to eat that were walking distance and walmart was close by too in case u forgot something at home or feel lile going to Disney. We did not get to enjoy the breakfast, but when we walked by in the morning it seemed decent so i grabbed my kid some small muffins that were pretty good. I would stay again for the convenience of location, but not because it was pretty.
