It was close to my family, and it had free parking

The room was substandard and dirty. The sound of barking dogs was constant. The "very good" breakfast was pathetic with little options and no warm food.

Location for breakfast is fine, it could have a little more variety of fruits, instead of just old oranges. I liked the personnel, they were really attentive.

The Fawcett in the shower was leaking, the rugs were dirty, and the TV remote was broken. Also the bathroom is very dated. The toilet bowl was loose. We stayed in room 615.

The carpet on the 4th floor appeared dirty. My room was not cleaned the entire time I was there. Also, not everyone eats that type of breakfast. There was only one fruit choice.

Other than good breakfast, free parking and good staff, there is not much good experience about the stay.

Breakfast is very good. Staff is good too. Plenty of parking space. Room has microwave, mini refrigerator and coffee machine.

Cleanliness in the exterior such as carpets on the hallways. Hence bit stinky odor. There are no door latches in the bathroom. Didn’t like about bathroom sink being outside the bathroom.

To sum up my stay next time I won’t complain when I have to pay extra money for a nicer place to stay.

Only two positive things were the breakfast in the morning and the location.

Had no maid service to clean the room at all the 4 night we stayed. Bathroom was disgusting when we arrived the tub was beyond terrible. The hot tub water was green with bugs. The pool hadn’t been cleaned in who knows how long.

I like the fact the property has balcony options. Sadly the balcony room I booked was given away upon my arrival.

The staff gave me their word that they would change my room in the morning and never did. Also the no meat for breakfast is terrible. So cheap.

The location was perfect, and I was glad the parking lot was very lit and easy access to enter, and the staff was helpful.

Breakfast was okay could have more protein choices. Would have been nice for check out to be at 12 instead of 11. We paid for late check out $30. But we really just needed an extra hour.

Okay stay, but pretty disappointing.

Good location. Allowed us to bring our cat that travels everywhere with us.

Key cards for the doors did not work every single night that we got back to our room. We had to go back downstairs and get them reset. They kept telling us not to put them by a phone, which we did not do. They stayed in the envelope that they gave us in a front pocket of my purse. Nowhere near my phone. There was also a field trip of middle schoolers that stayed 2 nights and they kept running and jumping above us all night. Made for a miserable couple days at Disneyland with not much sleep. I called the front desk to ask if they could asked them to stop jumping, but it continued. I didn’t want to keep calling, so we just dealt with it. Also, we stayed for 8 nights and did not get one cleaning. Had to do it myself and ask for towels at the desk every day. The housekeeper wouldn’t speak to us when we tried to ask her for towels and toilet paper.

I had to get my key recoded atleast twice a day it quit working. I did not have it near my phone or a magnet. Also, it needs some updating. The carpet floors in the halls was absolutely horrible with stains.

Breakfast was disappointing as there were no protein options offered. My daughter and I ended up having to go out for breakfast and I had chosen this hotel partly because it served breakfast. Also, the fan in the room was really squeaky all night every night.
