Never coming back

It was close to the attraction park. I was able to park there and walk over.

There was a roach in our room, room smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. I don't do any of these things and I was traveling with my kids. The remote didn't work at all. There were no wash clothes to shower with, ice machine was broken, fridge didn't keep nothing cold. The only chair- a office like chair was broken, any of my kids could of fell back and hit there heads. No blankets, no fitted sheet, just a flat sheet and flat pillows.

Absolutely frightening

We are still waiting for our refund. The hotel was beyond terrible; contacted booking.com and informed them we were not staying at the property as it was rundown, dirty, and unacceptable. We never occupied either room.After discussing situation with hotel staff(at colony Inn)they made note of the situation for a refund to be activated. Thus were forced to check into-a different hotel and had to pay for two other rooms…booking.com did a terrible job in following up and refunding. This hotel is completely intolerable. It should be taken off your list. Please review and issue refund for two rooms. Thank you.

Both rooms were dirty with grimy walls, un flushed toilet, one metal hanger hanging on close rack, filthy curtains that would not close, old ironing board with no covernot to mention unclean. Beds were half made with pillowcases just thrown on top. Enough to scare anyone away. A couple checked in behind us and returned to the office with the same issues.

Knott's Berry Farm weekend - perfect location for that.

Dirty floor, entire room worn out with broken furnishings and blinds. The toilet didn't flush properly, torn linens, no ice machine, no hangers, a dirty microwave, and a non-operational old fridge (however, we did manage to get that replaced). Bugs in the bathroom. Wi-fi in and out. The TV remote had no guide, and channels were very limited and hard to find. Crowds partying in the parking lot at midnight!

I like that it's right across the street from Knott's Berry Farm

Front desk gentleman. I have stayed at this property at least four times I always stay here when there's a concert in town and it's right across the street from Knott's Berry Farm. On this one particular time I completely misread the checkout time so I ended up checking out at noon when it should have been 11:00 a.m.. The front desk gentleman seemed very upset that I mixed up the checkout times I checked out immediately at noon. There's NOT like it's a line of people waiting to get into this hotel trust me. Gentleman at the front desk advised me I'm going to have to keep $20 of your $100 deposit I said sure no problem at all. He then proceeded to harp on check out time and keeping the $20 when I told him "hey no worries just take what you need to take" this guy has seen me there at least four times within the last 4 months. I always stay there because it was convenient but this hotel is not good You get what you pay for The rooms the walls are not clean the bathroom always smells but I'm hardly ever in the room when I go there but trust me I will never stay there again. It wasn't even about them taking the $20 it was more about his attitude The gentleman act like he was running the Ritz-Carlton when this hotel is not even up to the standards of a motel 6.

The location was close to Knott's Berry and it was perfect. We were on vacation and it was more convenient for my family.

The room was dirty and furniture was dirty and falling apart. It was not up to standard it needed more cleaning and repairs. I will not recommend it to anyone. Its smells and bed covers were bad and dirty.

Good location to take bus to Disneyland. Suitable for people who wants to save the traveling budget.

I like the good location and the reasonable price. It is close to Disneyland park which you can take bus #460 to directly to Disneyland park entrance. (About 10 mins walking distance from our motel to the nearest bus stop, so you don't need to worry how to park near Disneyland park and save the expensive parking fee.) The room is okay, a little old, but cleanness is okay. For this cheap price near Disneyland, I can't complain too much.

We went to visit Knotts Berry farm, the park was directly across from knotts "preferred " parking, so the walk was not far at all. I did appreciate that aspect.

The room was really dirty, bath tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks, the bathroom door had gum wedged in the frame, they stocked only 1/2 a roll of toilet paper, bed covers had cigarette burns, the mini fridge was extremely dirty as well as the microwave. The microwave had a turning tray that did not fit, so it didn't turn. To Top All this off, the place had Roaches.

Cheating and trying to charge me $100 on Sunday

That had a pool and it was cheaper

But they tried to steal and charge me $100 today went on Google it 64 the highest 62 lower and they stopped me on Expedia twice and that money is sitting in the mail right now. I’ve already paid for my room through Priceline and they took my hundred dollar cash deposit to pay for the room and I’m sitting outside next to the gas station that meant to stole my money and the willow of the vet and Disabled had two major back surgeries screws and plates down there and now I just came out of surgery May 21. I left the hospital And I came back home to get some help and this is what these people did to this widow of a vet disabled and on the street right now and I paid for the room twice today and at three and four times with Expedia twice and that money hasn’t been returned to my Navy Federal Kevin: Ross and I’m on the phone with Navy Federal five and they can do that to me Expedia and hotels.com and they’ve never done that to me ever and I have hotels.com and Expedia and I stayed several places with them throughout this time and I’m also a Google review and I will review them every day if I have to they better give me my money back and champagne and suffering money now because I’m on the street it’s cold. I haven’t eaten dinner and I needed to go to the hospital tonight how dare you Kevin and Peter keep my $100 that you already charged me for the room and then put me on the Suite pay for it. Da For and the two cancellations that you did through Expedia yourself. How dare you do that to this but that Disabled girl that is on the street right now with my stuff next year call me with cockroaches and stuff and your room is cleaner then when I got on Wednesday

The location is everything. You’re next to everything within walking distance.

It’s dirty. The toilet seat had knicks and dings and looked horrible. Can’t be more than $10 to replace. I get that you get what you pay for.. but wow. Also you have to let them know you want your room clean. Otherwise they clean when they want or “every 3 days”. The walls were filthy and there was one bug when I tried to take a shower. I had a kill it.

Rooms are dirty old cockroaches and need bugs the health district needs to pay them a visit and I'm going to make it happen. Once you have an issue management never reaches back out to you. This customer has and attorney and the time and will power to do something about it. So I am.

Location

The blinds were broken. They used cardboard in the bottom corner to cover the broken blinds. No curtains but the curtain valance was falling from the ceiling. The staples were visible. One of the bed sheets had hair on it and it wasn't ours. The refrigerator was dirty. No washcloths in the bathroom. The bathtub was filthy. They charged $100.00 security deposit and only took cash. I did not see that information on the Booking com website. The nightstand was missing a drawer. The dresser drawers were not shut. The sink was nasty.
