I love this place! I I’ve been coming to this hotel for almost every LA/OC trip I make and I love it. The rooms are spacious and it’s clean. I’ve never had an issue with staff except for once three years ago but i can say that the staff now is absolutely remarkable! Hopefully now after the remodel the price won’t increase drastically or by too much especially now that it’s part of Mariott, because I do plan to continue visiting. Overall, this place is beautiful, has its charm and I can’t wait to come stay again especially when the remodeling is done.

If you are looking for a budget cost option this is good value for the money. Housekeeping did a good job, a little outdated but worth the cost.

This is my go to spot, been coming here for the last 5 mos for when i come to Buena park and stay overnight. love the price, the location.

I arrived at the location tired, and ready to crash. Check in was okay, not as smooth as I'd like it to be and I was the only one in line. I got my room key, rode the elevator which is so outdated, walked to my room and to my surprise, the room was hot. I tried adjusting the very old thermostat (and I watch youtube btw on how to operate it) but no. Aside from that, since I had stuff needing to be put in the freezer, the mini fridge was somewhat covered in ice. So, I went back to the front desk and requested to have my room checked, however, maintenance is not available since it's already midnight, if not, past. Concierge told me there's no extra room available. I requested for a fan (I saw her using one) but it's the only one that she has. After a wait, the lady was able to hand me a different room key - which is where I was able to sleep. If you wanted to be near porto's - this is an ok spot, otherwise, I would be staying at a different hotel next time.
