Unpleasant stay, tenants loud all day and night.

The staff are nice!

Very loud tenants despite the no noise rule after 8pm. Key card stopped working after a day. Strangers tried to get in the room 3 times.

Great relaxing and comfortable besides the roaches and the unease of parking lot creepers

The furniture was new and looked nice, it's clear and evident that the staff was working with what they got, and for a low budget room in a popular area they're going to get some guests that damage/stain things, and evidence of that fact is seen in their rooms.

Stains and damage in rooms likely due to prior guests. cleaning methods, or equipment could be improved as mirrors had cleaning residue on them, a little tree (the ones for cars) was used to make the room smell better, almost mistook it for a room that was smoked in but seemingly wasn't. The smoke alarm was missing.

Only good thing is the rate per night

Went from $10 deposit per stay to $10 deposit per night. Housekeepers don't do a good job of cleaning, I'm guessing it's a husband/wife team but they are older give attitude if you ask for anything for your room.

You get what you pay for

It is an excellent location. 15 minutes from Disneyland, easy access to stores. It was inexpensive.

It was dirty. The room smelled of smoke even though the room was nonsmoking. The bathroom had a leak on the sprinkler that leaked water to the bathtub whenever the people above used it, plus it had old soap. The floor was dusty and I found someone’s old clothes in a drawer. The attendant was not friendly at all. You needed to leave a cash deposit for the room key; that was not advertised anywhere.

Sold out rooms aren't guaranteed.

Nothing about it was good. Even though my reservation was guaranteed , they do not hold it for you.

So when you show up at 12:30 at night they tell me that the room isn't held for you and that they were sold out. I was rudely turned away with nowhere to stay.

Unfortunately I was not able to make it but I really appreciate that I was not charged I highly recommend a place like this especially for the owner that didn't try to charge me even though I believe they could have. Thank you so much for understanding Thank you
