These folks are thieves, buyer beware!!

I thought it was odd that I could pay for my room worth my card but they wanted the $100 deposit in cash and I learned why. I was exhausted after driving all day so I checked in and went to bed after setting my alarm for 11 am the next morning. I was under the impression that check out was at noon and the front desk waited until 1140 to inform me that check out was at 11. The woman at the front desk never told me this the night before. After informing me, I took no more than 3 minutes to vacate the room and the man at the front desk refused to give me my$100 even though no one told me the 11am check out time and they waited until 1140 to tell me I was overdue. I believe they would have come up with another reason to not give me the $100 regardless. It's an absolute racket and I'm positive the owner is unaware that they are requiring the deposit in cash so they can pocket it. I can't tell you what a bad taste this experience left in my mouth. I couldn't afford to "gift" them $100 for the 43 minutes I was overdue. The room was 64 for the night and $100 for 43 minutes. These people are thieves.

Disgusting staff, conditions, and theft occur here; stay away at all costs-- ignore the cheap price

absolutely NOTHING. Horrible horrible staff, many ADA violations and sanitary violations. I would never recommend this place to ANYONE. Stay far far far away.

Everything. The ONLY reason I would ever go back even onto the property is to take photos and document all of the ADA and sanitary violations so I could sue this place for horrid conditions. Sneaky, rude staff that tricks you into keeping your deposit. They do a cash hold instead of a card on file so they can steal from you without you being able to dispute the transaction.

The shower handle fell offf and there was no hot water. I could not take a shower. Staff was rude. He did not even appolagise for my inconvieenance. I would never stay there again.

Worst stay in Anaheim, ever!

This hotel was located close to California Adventure, Downtown Disney and the Disneyland property.

Huge gap under door (no door sweep), every light switch was dirty, both lampshades next to the bedside were bent up/broken and one bulb didn't even work, the bed literally felt like it had old-fashioned wire box spring (stiff, hard) and had a dramatic sag in the middle, EVERY SINGLE 'white' towel looked like it was right out of the 80's, they were tiny, small, rough and had dirt, stains, and hair in them...every single one of them! All surfaces were dirty, the air conditioner had a broken grate, etc. etc. There wasn't anything clean or not broken/old as heck in that room. I have never written a review for a place but people should know. Especially when it advertised that 'booked often' is in the comments in Booking.com :(

Nothing,even without being kicked out without warning, the room is trashy, you can go 10 minute walk down the road to ‘Buena vista inn’ and pay the same price for a much better room. This motel was dirty and things were broken

The manager kicked us out because some friends came by to drop off my belongings. No even 1 minute after they arrived the owners banged on the door and angrily asked us all to leave. Kicked us out at 1 am, tried to calmly reason with him. But his entire staff/ family ( its family ran) already entered the discussion far too angry. There was no prior negative interaction No warning, just out. He did not refund The police said they are used to dealing with this manager but because it’s private property he has the right to kick anyone out Suggesting that he has done this before NEVER stay here

Nothing the receptionist had no manners. He thought he owned the world. After he had been so disrespectful after he wanted to apologize. Then refused to provide the room. As well as refused to refund the payment. Technically he stoled my money for that room

I was in a spo with my mom and this hotel took very good care of myself and my 82 yr old mother. They put us in a room 30 min before checkin and they were very kind and understanding to our situation.
