Location was great for the Bee Expo. liked the free shuttle for Airport and to the Expo.
The Kitchen for dinner was horrible. Had a super greasy Quesadilla when I added beef to the item. 2 other times they could not get my order correct. They did not put the aoli on the side for the BLT. and they still put in onions in the other quesadilla I ordered. I sent it back, and they did omit the onions but put the tomatoes on the side.

A security guard and guest barged into our room while my daughter and I were asleep in the middle of the night. No one knocked, called or attempted to get a hold of us before hand. The security guard shook the handle a few times and then just walked in. The Security guard was carrying something (I believe alcohol) and put it down on the counter and I yelled "you are in the wrong room". He and another man both walked in our room unnannounced and once they realized they were in the wrong room they left. This frightened both of us. Once the men left our room, I tried calling the front desk multiple times and no one answered. I did this for about 5 minutes and then looked up the hotel number on my cell phone to call the front desk. They did answer when I called from my cell phone, but not the room phone. This is very concerning. I asked and they said yes the security guard went to the wrong room. They did not try to call me after this happened to apologize.

Bed was comfortable and room was spacious for an accessible accommodation.
There was no guide in the room to instruct about the amenities. Hot water slow to reach satisfactory temperature. Was not informed about pool being closed. Bathtub surface was not non-slip; had to place a towel for safety. Tub edge was much too high and without a safety rail

Only one elevator working, at one point none working and had to use freight elevator.
Food was good but knowing you are having a complete renovation of your restaurant you could have made the conference room you were more appealing to your guests. Perhaps, decorations, restaurant type booths and then some of your tables would work. It was a shame because the food was excellent, but none of our friends wanted to try it because it just looked unappealing.
Not your problem but when we pulled out everyday it appears the city switched off the left turn signal from your side street. I’m sure they wanted the main drag to run smoothly this week for the NSRA Nationals. I know this was for a low volume signal this week (gate 2), but every day we had to turn right and make a U-turn!

When we booked on booking.com the reservation included breakfast and the Hilton did not want to give breakfast tickets to us because they said, even though our booking said breakfast included, that was not the case.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Shuttle bus was great for the volleyball event and airport.
The breakfast buffet was not great. The premade food in the chaffing dishes were bad but the freshly made items were great. The french toast and omelets were yummy.

kitchen and bar staff was excellent. Hilton needs to give these people a raise, they are the reason people keep staying in your hotel/inn. Hilton makes more than enough to give those employees substantial raises.
could have been more parking but the entire rear of the hotel parking lot was filled with golf carts. Not much room for paying customers. expand the parking.

We stay here every year for the NSRA Street Nationals. It’s our 4th year staying here and we couldn’t speak more highly of it! It’s always SUPER clean, the staff is always amazing, breakfast is great too!!!

Toilet paper holder is so far from toilet!! Yes!!! I literally had to get up off the stool to reach it!! Definitely needs to be closer!!

I loved the staff, who were not only extremely helpful, they were very nice to us. Anything we needed or wanted they made sure we were taken care of. The hotel manager, Mickel, was awesome and super friendly. Also the hotel shuttle to the expo center was an amazing service that we did not expect, but it made our travel to the tournaments so much easier. Our room was very spacious and well laid out.
The only complaint I had was the breakfast, while it was good, I thought that $16.00 was steep. The dinner was very good and priced more reasonably.
