Hotel was dirty and literally falling apart

The hotel charged me twice for our stay. One of the light fixtures in the main lobby started leaking water everywhere while we were eating breakfast. Shower had red stuff splattered on it.

It was clean and private, located between a demolition hotel and a business with no activity.

No microwave in the room, and the heat and air are controlled by the staff. Even though you have a thermostat in your room. I had to message them while there letting them know i was cold because the heat was not coming on and i had it set to 78 and it was below 70 in the room. I was on third floor so it got cold . Once i said something it was almost like they turned on the heat for me to control.

It was clean, but the deposit was way too high and it’s under construction. It wasn’t near any restaurants.

It was extremely clean and updated

It had extremely large deposit for my stay and it’s been over five days and I still haven’t received my deposit back. So if you’re gonna stay there and you might wanna keep that in mind that they hold your deposit for probably seven days or more. The breakfast was basic.

Exceptional service and room, very happy with my stay.

The room was very contemporary and everything appeared to be new. Only a portion of the hotel was open so there was construction/renovations occurring which was kind of an eye sore and made me VERY skeptical as I pulled into the parking lot. But I was very pleasantly surprised once I got inside and saw my room. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful also.

I really have nothing negative to say except the eye sore when pulling in, but hopefully the renovations will be done soon, and that will be resolved.

Very disappointed with this stay

My door never locked and was not fixed when I asked, had to keep our belongings with us, breakfast was very mediocre, and staff never did housekeeping, would have to go to desk for towels, toilet paper, changed our own trash the entire time.

The hotel was very nice. Nighttime staff were awesome and polite.

Room floor had not been swept well in a couple of turnovers and had not been mopped in even longer period of time.

Poor location. Hotel wasn’t full maybe about 5 cars I was put on the 4th floor no one around seem weird last day about 5 hours before I left the power went out I was like that’s weird then I get a text message when I’m checking out. So I set up my time then everything comes back on. Odd

The only "negative" which really was an inconvenience, was over the weekend there was an event at the conference center right next too the hotel, and thus it is a bit hard to find parking during the day. Perhaps a few spots reserved for hotel guests only?

Unfortunately there was a young ladies volleyball team there with their parents hanging out with their parents by our room. And Uber bailed on our order. Not the facilities fault!

Not good at all. Won’t stay again.

Nothing stood out as far as what I liked about it.

Crumbs on the ground as if they didn’t move anything to vacuum it. We also got a room on the ground floor which was inconvenient because we could hear everything in the lobby. A lot of volleyball teams were staying there and they were essentially having a party in the lobby until almost midnight. Loud music, singing, stomping. Won’t be staying here again…especially at the outrageous price it was.
