Location to where I needed to be during my stay

The staff was rude. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Breakfast wasn’t good.

Clean room but not worth what we paid for two nights.

Was very clean and staff friendly and helpful

Beds were not comfortable AT ALL. Had three pillows stacked and still couldn’t get comfortable. Back and hips were hurting for two days after we left. Also shower was dark. There was a light around the mirror and a small light in the center of the bathroom but once you close the shower curtain it’s pretty dim.

Great option if youŕe traveling without pets and don have a lodging budget.

We enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfy, and it was a quiet atmosphere.

We didn't like that it wasn't pet-approved so we won't be staying there again for that reason. $550 for two nights was a bit steep, but it was NAILE weekend.

Thin walls you can hear neighbors parting late, unfriendly employee’s, cleaners stare you down all morning as we went in and out of our room.

The location of the hotel from Kentucky Kingdom.

The breakfast was awful. There were a lot of things not there or they were expired. We have now had more money taken out of our account. When I call the hotel the staff is rude.

Beds were comfy but staff should have ensured after we complained that the other guests were quieter

People next door were VERY noisy way past midnight yelling and making tons of noise like a party. Little kid loud and parents talking very loud . We complained and staff told them to be quiet but it continued for a couple hours we had to b up early and we came so mybson who was in basic training could rest and recuperate before he had to get on early flight to his next assignment.

Amazing hotel for a budget friendly family

Very clean, smells amazing. Beds were super comfy. The room was very clean and smells so fresh. Most hotels have a musky smell or odd smell this place was amazing all around.

I don't gave much of anything to complain about. The one thing that could have made it slightly better would very a longer breakfast time. It was over by 9:30a. Granite they opened it at 6a. We fully planned to wake up in time but over slept. A 10/1030a breakfast time would be amazing. But that's more of a suggestion than a complaint.

Quaint and comfortable

The room was clean, the pool was a good temperature and open late, and they had water and coffee and tea available 24/7 which was super nice. Overall a great value for the price and will stay here again! Plus its close to the amusement park, we could see it out our window. Didn't know there was one till we arrived but if that's a deciding factor its far enough away that you dont hear it but close enough to see people riding in the coasters. The fitness center was nice as well

A lot of great fun for the entire family nearby, and a relaxing room to return to.

The location was great, cause we could see Kentucky Kingdom from our window. It was super clean and had all the amenities.

The beds weren’t the most comfortable I have slept on, but the linens were clean and there were plenty of pillows.

The property was well maintained, very quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast was good and there was enough seating for everyone. They have a little food kiosk by the front desk. We did not see the pool.

Great hotel, excellent service.

For the price, their service can't be beaten. Great staff and accommodation. They allowed us to leave our luggage before checking in as we arrived very early; they also paid for our Uber to the airport because the shutter was not available when we were leaving. Rooms were very nice and clean, and we also enjoyed our included breakfast. Thank you!

Charged the wrong room called, refund request and got banned

Everything was fine up the hotel staff seemed very nice, the room was nice, that was until the day we left.

The staff!!! My husband and I had booked a room across from my sister. There was a person issue in her room and the sheet and bed linen was ruined I repeat in my sister’s room that was a completely different room. But somehow there was a mixed up and my husband got charged $100.00 now I called and tried to explain to them that it was the wrong room but they were adamant it was mine. My sister gets on the phone and says I did the damage take it off mine still the front desk said no it was in mine and my husband room. My sister called for a second time her self telling them exactly where the idea was located in the room and the lady at the front desk tells her there’s nothing she can do but email her manager. I was really upset seeing as we were at the zoo trying to enjoy the day. My sister gets off the phone the front desk lady calls back says my husband and I have to Waite 7 to 10 days for the money to go back on his card and we are all banned no not just my sister my husband and I as well. So because of their mistake we are now banned.

Cleanliness, Location was near the Airport. Few restaurants were close to the hotel, so we had few choices. Easy access to downtown.

Breakfast was too basic and knowing the fact that the hotel is close to the airport and a lot of international travelers come to the hotel, everything in breakfast was pork, ham, and bacon.

No soap in the bathroom, light didn't work near bed, too crowded at free breakfast so no food or even tea, staff member at breakfast area was rude. Will be staying at Hilton Hotels from now on.

Room was spacious, clean, and cozy. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

There was an issue with the toilet, but the gentleman at the front desk fixed it in a timely manner.
