It’s very central for the mall area and we were able to just walk to all of the places we wanted to go.
There were, what looked like fecal stains on the walls by the toilet. Only one elevator worked and there was no out of order sign on the other. In the one elevator that worked the first floor button did not work. The AC unit in our room did not put out enough air to cool the room down and we were hot all night with no air flow. The shower doors did not close all the way, and it caused water to spill in the floor. The TV audio was so poor we had to rely on the closed captions. The staff we did encounter were pleasant, and helpful. If some of the issues were fixed that I mentioned it wouldn’t be a bad to place to stay for the price. But we won’t be back.

Love the area, mall next door was a plus and it was close to the Expo Center! Staff was top-notch! Room size was great for my family of three. The pool was perfect!
The elevator was slow due to one broken. Some air conditioning in the fitness center would help! It was warm in there but not unbearable.

Great location! A mall is located across the street, with many shops nearby. The property is beginning to show signs of age, and there was only one functioning elevator.
Well, I booked using booking.com for a set price. When I arrived, they charged a little more, but the dollar amounts were off because a deposit is usually a set flat amount, not something with change. Then, I was still charged more at checkout than for my booking reservation. They are adding a fee for guests to park in the parking lot. The booking listed the property as having free parking.

Very clean!! Spacious rooms, comfy beds. Located in the heart of malls, restaurants, shops…you name it. We have stayed here several times and have never been disappointed.

Breakfast included with a pricey stay was very poor. no pancakes or waffles. Except as an extra charge. scrambled eggs only.
Fruit only cut up honey dew melon. No strawberries, grapes. oranges or apples. No cereal boxes, Chef was great, friendly & embarrassed by the very weak breakfast offerings.

Bar was only scheduled to be open until 10:00 on a Saturday night. Got back before scheduled closing time to be able to relax at bar only to find it was not open. One of the reasons this property was selected.
Water pressure for shower was extremely lacking and shower head was barely functional on any setting. Took a very long time to shower.

This is the third time I have communicated with you (Booking.com) concerning a credit owed to me. I, Kathryn Bergwall, made this reservation for Henry Neale for May26-27. 2023 at the Hilton Garden Inn St. Mathews in Louisville, KY. I, Kathryn Bergwall, guaranteed the reservation with my credit card and used my email address. When Mr. Neale checked into the hotel he presented his credit card for payment. However, not only did you charge Mr. Neale's credit card but you charged my card as well. I spoke to the person at the desk at the Hilton Garden Inn where I was also staying pointing out the mistake. He said that indeed both credit cards had been charged for Mr. Neale's room (#202) and he would credit back to you the charge on my card and you would in turn credit my card. A month later and you have yet to credit my card the amount of $498.57. I fail to understand why this is taking so long and why I have to continue to communicate the mistake to you. Please make this the last time I have to do this and credit back to my card the amount of $498.57. Thank you

Great location! Anything and everything was close by. I love that it had an indoor pool.
Pillows were not very comfortable, for the price it should include breakfast at the hotel restaurant, the pool was a little cool, and they charge a parking fee for parking in the parking lot🤷🏼♀️.

only one elevator working. took a long time to get to my floor. Absolutely no bar soap in the hotel. I've stayed in a lot of crappie hotels, but they always had soap!!!
