Clean, breakfast ran out of several things, hardest beds I have been on in years.

I'm giving a top rating because I think it's deserved even though I could complain about a few things. We were there Christmas Eve and Christmas nights on the 4th floor in 424. The value to us was tremendous because it was one of the cheapest rooms near my family's gathering. There were a few odd quirks like most hotels, and the finishing touches weren't great. Noise was moderate and wifi was good. They either couldn't get much staffing for Christmas or lowered it on purpose, so the trash was overflowing on our floor and the breakfast buffet was below average. Lighting in the front room was oddly low. The door that separated the bedroom from all else had a glass pane that somehow amplified the front room lighting enough to wake others when someone went to the bathroom. Now that I think about it, I don't recall seeing any Christmas decorating? All that said, it was clean and comfortable and the few staff we encountered were polite and helpful.

There was no light in the bathroom. We called them and went to the desk and they had no maintenance so we went without light in the bathroom the whole time of our stay. But other than that, we enjoyed the place a lot, and the breakfast was good. The service was good. Location was good.

Easy check in and check out. Room was spacious and clean. Quiet environment. Price was excellent for the quality of the room. No complaints.

Having the kitchenette was really nice for our stay. We could cook meals. The

Pool was closed but no one told us at Check-in. So we put on our bathing suit and headed downstairs only to find the sign on the door.. we then had to dress three crying kids to take them to the local Y. Luckily we remembered so the kids got swim. Came back to find out. They had taken the sign down because we complained, but they never told us and the sign was put back up the next morning, so it was not supposed to be opened since it was closed by the health department. Next morning, headed to breakfast at 9:30, there was one biscuit and bacon crumbs. There were eggs, but that was it for hot food except for the waffle maker. Several other people came into the breakfast room, looking for food as well. No one bothered to refill the breakfast although there was a full 30 minutes left of breakfast hour. Definitely not a good day. Don’t think I’ll be back..

Room was adequate and plenty of space. Bed and sheets not comfortable, very old.

Room was impressive, especially for that price range. Room was impeccable and the furniture looked new. Only complaint I have was the exercise room where the machines weren't working.

Room was a little outdated but clean and nice. Had a little kitchen with dishes although the first cup I pulled out was dirty so had to wash it. Everything was good until our neighbor's had their tv blaring between 12 & 1 and my husband called the front desk a coule times

The front desk attendant did a good job but was spitting periodically into a plastic bottle. Disgusting! When we got to the room it was stale with no air flow. I changed into my pajamas and went to sit on the bed when I noticed a dark speck on the linens. I got my magnifier out on my phone and it was a bug that looked like a bed bug. We immediately packed up our items and called the front desk. They did move us, but I DID NOT sleep well.

Breakfast and the staff was good. The furnace in our room was extremally load and disturbing. Room 427. The room could have been a little cleaner as well.

Room was in ok condition, faucet and shower both leaked.

A Jet crashed in Louisville shortly before we were suppose to check in and we were diverted to another airport. When I called the hotel, they just wished me a better next half of our vacation. We could not get to the hotel and we never received any refund or accommodations for what we went through that evening. Very, very disappointed with this treatment and will not be recommending to anyone else.

If you call and ask the hotel if there is a hot tub one member said it is next to the pool. He didn’t bother to say it hasn’t worked in years. Rooms are nice but outdated. Breakfast consisted of powder eggs, sone sort of potato and bacon or sausage. Nothing exceptional like the reviews said! Front desk was nice except for the one that lied who I never met. Would not stay here again.

Excellent guy at reception - several offers to help any way he could. Nice spacious room, very comfortable. Could use some Tilex around bath mat and drain. Very quiet despite being in room closest to the pool. Good breakfast but a few minutes late and decaf coffee was cold. But overall very pleased (nice neighborhood to walk dog) and would definitely stay there again.

Laundry room machines noise was right in our room on the second floor. Breakfast was terrible. Food was old and cold and did not refill empty food

Hallway carpet dirty, room dirty, tub appears dirty or stained, no electric outlet near bed to plug in devices, tattered draperies.
