We loved everything about the hotel. The restaurant had a great burger! The store could use more basic variety in affordable necessities. Also...Definitely need a small stool or foot prop for the shower:) But fabulous over all. We will stay again!

Maybe better security around the perimeter. There were unsavory characters outside wandering. There was no blanket or spread on the bed....odd. However, we normally bring our own blankets so not really a problem for us.

Great hotel with a funky design in a good location

This property is a really good size with some lovely design elements. The paint details in the hallways are fun and the roof top bar is great .

It would have been great to have some sit down breakfast options but the restaurant was closed for breakfast . It looks like a nice restaurant and we would love to have had breakfast there.

Great and fancy location to visit Louisville

Great location in an upcoming street with nice shops and restaurants, and just a few blocks from the baseball field of the Louisville Bats. Design style rooms. Great hygiene and very clean. The rooftop bar of the hotel has a great view of the city - and is a great way to end the day.

For a Hyatt branch hotel you would expect a breakfast offered in the restaurant. Parking is very expensive (we paid USD 47 and USD 57 for our 2 card forjust one night - way overpriced!)

hotel is great BEST lotion, shampoo, conditioner and soap Ive EVER used at a hotel, that says a lot!

Location was great except they closed off the street and the hotel did not provide any instructions for getting to the valet area. We ended up backing up through the alley to get our vehicle back to valet.

See above Valet Parking On our last night we decided to have a nightcap in the upstairs lounge. The hostess said we could only sit at the bar since we did not have a reservation. There were many tables open and only about 45 ppl there, we were stumped. The waitress ended up moving us to a table. The hostess said "If the firemarshal comes we are in big trouble". Working for Four Seasons Hotels for 17 years and a meeting planner for the last 15 years, I can tell you this was very poorly handled, especially since she let in all "younger" people after us with no issues. She needs a lesson regarding equality.

The boutique hotel was gorgeous! There were on site restaurants and bars and the place was happening!! Loved the decor and interiors too!

Valet parking costs a bit and the off site parking where the car is parked closes at 11 pm and doesn’t open until 7 in the morning. None or limited street parking due to road construction

The hotel is beautiful with unique features in every corner. The convenience to dining and surrounding activities was perfect for our weekend getaway.

There is no easy parking other than valet.

Lovely clean comfortable rooms in trendy neighborhood. Great beds. Pet friendly.

No coffeemaker in room. Complimentary coffee closed at 7 am. After that you have to buy very expensive cup at adjoining market. Restaurant is wonderful but horribly overpriced with some entrees over $140. Pet fee. High parking fee. No breakfast. Prepare for a blow to the wallet.

We only had one day!

A beautiful hotel! I just was amazed at the level of detail in this Art Deco hotel, you have to stay here to appreciate the high quality and all around are the best restaurants in all of Kentucky, eat at the Cuban restaurant right opposite the hotel, you will wonder what you have been missing all these years The decor in the room was a delight, I thought I was back in old Europe, don’t miss staying here! Truly.

Nice place, horrible vallet experience.

Great facilities, perfect location, and very comfortable beds. The decor is what really elevates this place.

The only negative was that the vallet lost the keys for my rental!!! and it completely ruined a full day of work and meeting plans. The hotel staff were quick to point out that the vallet was run by a 3rd party, offered sympathy, but I was left on my own to deal with the vallet staff. They never found it and they sent me to work in a Uber, and I spent the evening riding with a tow truck to the airport to pickup a replacement car. The vallet staff also told me that the "secure" parking lot was broken into one evening during my stay and 3 cars were looted. I had expensive filming equipment in my car so I was relieved it wasn't mine.

Delightful and comfortable in the middle of bustling Nulu

No coffee in rooms or lobby. You have to purchase it in the little market for $6. No breakfast available. Check-in took 20 minutes. Parking also extra. Everything is extra in an already pretty expensive place. Staff mostly not very friendly.

Such a beautiful new vintage style hotel!!!

Everything! Hospitality is top notch. Beautiful Boutique hotel. Everyone from the valet, front desk, coffee shop, to the rooftop bar is so friendly, kind, and welcoming. Amazing food & drinks on rooftop! We will always choose to stay here every time we’re in town. It’s immaculately clean and the toiletries are top of the line and smell so wonderful. You can get a beautiful view of the downtown on one side and of town on the other. We stayed here a couple days last week and had a blast so we decided to come here again this week to celebrate my birthday. They even accommodated our baby girl with a pack n play and blanket each time. I can go on and on… The best restaurants and bars up and down the whole block. Shopping and the best ice cream too! You must try La Bodeguite De Mima Cuban restaurant across the street! It’s so good and so fun there too!

Beautiful and aesthetically pleasing

I booked my stay weeks prior to arrival and once I went to check-in I was told that they did not accept Discover Card. I feel like they should have called or emailed me for new card information. I could have been prepared with another credit card instead of being caught off guard and having to use my debit card. Bad business and the staff was not apologetic or anything, like it was fault that they don’t accept Discover Card.

The rooftop bar was cute and fun, good drinks and apps. The room was cute and cozy.

Highly recommend! Highlights are the good sleep (quiet, dark, and comfy beds) and vibe/decor

Decor is cute and vibey, coffee shop on site made mornings easy (with good coffee), hotel was quiet (and I'm a light sleeper), total blackout curtains, elevators were easy, shower had very good water pressure, and the room was spacious. We didn't partake in the mini fridge but I appreciated the reasonably priced and large options. Location was also good and we were able to park on the side streets without paying.

Caveat that these are pretty minor wishes. The room was a little too dim, the outlets between the two beds were too close together for 2 iPhone chargers to be used at the same time, and the lack of towel hangers was a little inconvenient. Separately, the drinks at the rooftop bar were super watered down. Too bad because the staff are nice and the ambiance and views are great. We would have come back every night if the drinks were better. I recommend going to Seven (1.5 blocks away).
