Beds were comfortable, suite room was spacious, breakfast was good.

Pleasant with a few bumps in the road

The variety was pretty good at the breakfast bar. The first morning it was well stocked. The room was comfortable and the facility was quiet and relaxing. The pool was nice ,except that it was extremely cold. The water temperature was only 60 degrees.

When I checked in the young lady at the desk was rather apathetic,seemed like she ws upset that she had to do her job. I also was charged an additional fee that I am not sure what it was for. She said it was for incidentals, I had no other charges that could be called incidentals and I did not get any record of the charge on my final receipt. The second morning there was very little food and no plates to get food. When they did bring plates it was only 5 at a time and some of the other guests took all five of them and filled them up with what little food there was. The staff seemed rather diinterested in solving the problem with the plates and food. One of them just sat at the desk talking to another employee .

it was ok.not great but not so bad that i had planned on saying something but you asked for my input

staff was very friendly, breakfast seemed to have more options than most.

bed was not comfortable, the shower faucet was not flush with the wall and plumbing was exposed. there were splatters of something on the door of the bathroom and the wallpaper was peeling off

This one is a GO!

The place was super clean! It has a nice indoor pool and really spacious rooms with nice amenities in them. Big bathrooms compared to a lot of hotels out there. The staff was friendly and helpful. The best thing was their breakfast, I always book a location that offers free breakfast and theirs does not disappoint. There's a HUGE selection of foods from waffles(waffle maker is a nice touch)to cereal and eggs/ sausage, etc. The coffee selection is top notch(Starbucks) and their lounge/ seating area was accommodating with plug ins at nearly every turn. We were in town two nights for a concert held downtown and getting an Uber was painless and just a quick trip to get there. 10/10 would book here again!

Just what we needed

Great price, room, pool, and breakfast. Perfect stop for the night on a roadtrip.

Beds were pretty hard. It didn't bother us and we were expecting it since it IS right next to an airport, but just a heads up that the planes going over the hotel were a bit loud in the morning. My kids and I thought it was cool 😄

Absolutely wonderful continental breakfast. One of the best I’ve had so far anywhere! Loved that the hotel was close to the convention center for our cheer competition!

The only true negative thing I experienced was the beds felt like plywood, but everything else was wonderful.

Regret ever booking this place

It had a kitchenette with Microwave, decent sized fridge, dishwasher and sink.

Do yourself a favor. If you want a quiet room, avoid this place like the plague. Staff won't do anything to quiet a literal party going on in the adjoining....yeah, I said ADJOINING... room. Screaming children. Adults practically shouting over one another laughing it up to talk over the crying, screaming children. I may as well be in the room with them for how loud and clear their never-ending banter is. Meanwhile, I call to the desk twice, and they say they can't move me to another room of this type because they're sold out. But they can give me a discount, which doesn't solve my problem. If I wanted to stay in a dumpy, loud, cheap hotel, I would have picked the Comfort Inn. Apparently they can't kick noisy people out, or threaten to, either. So we get screwed, by inconsiderate, rude people next door and inept staff. All I want is a quiet place to sleep and relax after a long day, and before another long day at U of L tomorrow. What a disgrace this place is. Total and complete waste of money. Then again, if you're looking for a hotel where you can disturb others and be as loud as you want with zero consequences, I guess this would be the perfect place for you. EDIT: This makes it even better. After calling down from my room about the insanity going on in the adjoining room and hallway, and finally offered a discount, when I went to checkout this morning they hadn't even put a note about my dissatisfaction and issues in my file. The front desk woman says "Who did you talk to?" I said "Whoever was working "YOUR" desk last night." What garbage service. Total waste of $140. I wouldn't stay here if I wanted a quiet night and room if you paid me. But for all you rude people that couldn't give a care less about other people, then sign right up because this is the place for you.

Clean, big rooms, great breakfast

Thus us very convenient to the interstate and located a little outside of the city congestion but only minutes from everything. It is right at the airport but we were on the top floor facing the airport and our room was very quiet. The room was very big! Reakgast was one of the best for any hotel I've stayed at.

Great stay in Louisville

Location was great right near church hill downs racetrack and derby museum only a 15 minute ride to downtown to the riverfront and restaurants also toured Louisville slugger factory very interesting

The room is very big, beds are comfortable. Outdoor seating area was nice.

The pool closed hours before the scheduled time. The breakfast was chaos. Items were not being restocked enough. Cereal, yogurt, spoons, creamer and more, all empty for long periods of time. More staff was needed working the breakfast.

The atmosphere is pleasant, comfortable, friendly. DJ was great, she helped me get a first floor room to accommodate my husband who just had surgery.

Superb

Our kids loved the indoor swimming pool, and the breakfast options were varied and plentiful. The room was also a great size for our family of 4.

I didn't like being close to the airport, but we were aware of that ahead of time. The wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom, but that's merely an aesthetic issue that didn't impact our stay.

It was perfect!

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and surprisingly, the breakfast was delicious. There were a lot of different foods to choose from. I will definitely book another night at this hotel when I come back to Louisville. Staff was also very friendly.
