The property was near the lake and is surrounded by everything you need like banks, groceries, restaurants. We also love the facilities and activities they had for Christmas when we were there. Valet was superb! Being able to do our laundry was indeed a plus! We felt safe during our stay. We will definitely be back.

Convenient location right on a lake and close to shops and restaurants
Property is in a good condition just a bit getting outdated.

no self parking

Excellent Location, close to many attractions and live heavenly village
Parking was not so easy especially if you come back to the resort a bit late

Good location, close to everything and lake front
No housekeeping or bellmen. We were given a bell cart and had to take our bags ourself. We booked a room with a sofa bed and asked the front desk for assistance setting it up while we were at dinner. The front desk told us they’d set it up for us and it’d be done when we got back. Came back to find it had NOT been done and we had to do it ourselves. Given the price we paid this was very disappointing. Upon pulling the sofa bed out we found it was covered in crumbs and truely disgusting. Wifi is also $27 per day and there is very little service in the hotel so you have to pay for the wifi if you want to access internet. The phones in the room hardly worked and when they did, the front desk wouldnt answer. Do not recommend

Will definitely be staying here in my next trip to Tahoe! Perfect location, close enough to walk or bird scooter to all of the shops and restaurants but tucked away enough to feel peaceful while you are at the hotel. Also one of the only ones with beach access!
Will say that the one of the concierge employees was a bit pushy and creepy with his approach to a single woman traveling. Other than that, trip was perfect.

Room was outdated, kitchen and bathroom banged up, definitely looked like a time share. Housekeeping did a good job with having a clean room.
Hot tubs not working and cold, no towels. Had to wait forever for valet, they did their best, just don't have a good system for pick up and drop off, this is something management or corporate should look into. I don't see the point in paying for amenities that don't work (hot tub) and forcing guests to use a valet system that is ineffective.

Great location in the middle of South Tahoe, right on the water. We were about to get to trails quickly and great restaurants. I appreciate the size of the room and the kitchenette for breakfasts before hiking. Shower was hot and good products for after long days, coming home dirty and tired and needing a recharging shower. Great amount of space for the price.
One of my selling points was the suite with the balcony and the balcony wasn't used because it faced a parking lot - very disappointed in the lack of view compared to pictures. For booking three months in advance, I feel like I should've had a better spot locked in.
Didn't like that we shared an entrance area with another room - didn't feel as private. Lots of construction going on so one morning, we had to wind through different areas of the hotel to get out.
The valet service is terrible and mandated. Always seemed like a chaotic mess. Car wasn't ready for us as promised multiple times. I appreciate the fact we text 15 minutes before to have it waiting, but it didn't always work. For a mandated service ($27 per day), it really should be run correctly.

Everything from location to pool to restaurant.
Valet parking. They did have it quick but sometimes I needed stuff from my car.

The location is perfect. There are so many things to walk to. Lots of eateries. Starbucks is right down the street. The hotel had happy hour every day from 2 to 6 PM. Very nice staff.
I would like to suggest that there be more comfortable chairs out by the barbecues. More people may hang out there if there was comfortable seating.

Very centrally located.
I had booked an extra date and it was difficult for the staff to figure out that nuance. Had to get keys reprogrammed had housekeeping show up unintended... I have higher expectations for Hilton then services received.

Parking was far and valet only. I was expanding a full kitchen but only got half

Nothing its so nice.

It was clean, nice staff.
The mandatory fee for valet daily parking.
It was very unorganized and people waiting to drop off the cars and guests coming in to register in the same line.

cleaness, location, spacious rooms
We were charged no show penalty for which we did not reserve. We made reservation through the Booking, com for two rooms (for us and friend couple), and they insisted we reserved 3 rooms. Non-sense!

Location is convenient
The air-conditioning in the room is loud and outdated , the sofabed is also old and didn't provide enough comforter and pillows for extra 2 adults . Also I prefer to have choices to decide if I want to park by myself or valet parking

The location, pool, activities room and quiet room
The room next to us were smoking because cigarette smoke filled the hallway..also room was rad smaller than expected and store always closed.

Not having a self parking spot. Only option is valet

I liked the aesthetic of the property.
I was really disappointed with my stay. First, I was unaware of the hidden fees, including the $200 deposit, which felt excessive on top of the rate already paid. I also did not like that valet parking was the only option, it was inconvenient, and every time my car was returned it was left unlocked, which made me uncomfortable.
At checkout, I needed a cart to take my luggage, so I called the front desk. The woman who answered told me to get it myself. I was traveling alone with two young boys, and that response felt dismissive and rude.
For the price I paid, the level of service and overall experience did not match the value.

checkin was quick but i assumed id have a room near the elevator as was agreed to over the phone well priorb to check in date. they put me in a room far from the elevator then changed it.
Paying $27 a day for valet parking. im permanently disabled and they only had 4 disability parking spots for the entire hotel. other hotels wave that fee

Good kitchen facilities in the room, clean throughout the hotel and gym was small but ok. BBQ and picnic area (albeit internal to the hotel and astroturf).
I hadn’t appreciated that the road outside the hotel is a three lane freeway. And of course the parking situation…$27 to park each night. Given reviews from others we paid the fee but parked ourselves - we didn’t want to wait to get our car. The parking lot is just over the other side of the massive freeway.
Pool is good but just concrete with no views.

staff very helpful and friendly
equipped kitchen
Too expensive (maybe because of weekend at high season)

I paid more to have better facility and pet policy. The gym is extremely small and the A\C was broken. We waited 3 hours to be able to use a cardio machine.
The communication about the pet policy was not explained prior to our arrival even thought I contacted them several times about our pet.

The amenities were great! Heated pool, warm jacuzzi, sauna, restaurant on premises. Nearby Whole Foods, other good eateries. Right on the lake, and rental activities. Overall, the hotel made for a super fun and comfortable experience. We enjoyed it!
Wish there were a Smart TV to stream movies and shows. There were dvd options only. I didn’t hate it, but kiddos were bugging for stream services.

They had a nice outside area for family to hang out. The restaurant and bar were nice and good food
Unfortunately the valet takes a long time! Our room was located far, all the way around to the opposite side. It was unusual our room had a door opening and then when you stepped in there was a room to the right, right next to us. It was odd

The location it’s pretty good!
Not having parking, but just ballet parking every time you need to go in and out was kind of tiring. And for being a resort it’s a pretty old building. I thought the high price and resort fees will be reflected in the big pools or rooms but to be honest just an overrated Hilton more.

What breakfast???
For the price, the room was very small.
The pool was also just OK
8.0 / 10.0
The rooms were comfortable but a little outdated. Our room didn't have a bolt lock but we still felt safe so that's a good thing and says a lot about the facility.
No complimentary breakfast. Sometimes we didn't want to leave the hotel for breakfast and the restaurant doesn't start serving food until 2pm I believe. We could have cooked our own breakfast cause a kitchenette was available but I am one of those people that does not want to cook on a vacation lol!

Great location. Staff levels seemed low.
Would not allow us to self park as we were not owners, even though we had a disabled child. They should have waived it and allowed us to park. Would have decreased our child’s anxiety tenfold.

The lake is walking distance from the resort.

The room as such was good.
Other than the room everything else about the property was not good. The staff at front desk was not helpful. I booked two rooms and requested them be near to each other. They told me there are none available even though I could see the one next to us was not occupied. Self parking was not available. Wallet service was poor. There is no breakfast option available and there is no room service.

Location. Nice view of Lake Tahoe. Nice rooms with a cute mini kitchen with a stove, frig, sink, dishes, pots, pans. Nice hiking trails close by.
Although Valet service wasn’t too bad, we didn’t know there was only valet & there was a charge when we booked. Front desk needs improvement as far as being polite. If they are taking care of a customer, don’t jump to another customer or at least apologize if it’s really necessary. Then it turns out the service to that other customer takes awhile.
