Alright for one night

Location is good, parking is plenty and the size of the room is great. Staff was nice and the checkin process was smooth.

For a "Non-Smoking" room, it stinked of cigarrete. Carpets have a few dozen years under the belt and the matress can be definitely replaced. The bigger issue is that you can hear every single step on the room above (we were in the ground floor) and, sadly, the person above decided to walk across the entire room at 3AM.

the location was great. only a couple minutes from the strip.

we had an upstairs room and found out the heater didn’t work. they gave us a new room but we had to pack everything up and go down the stairs which is hard to do since there was only two of us, and when they gave us the key to the new room it wasn’t working so we had to go back to the lobby. very inconvenient especially because we had our newborn and it was freezing outside. the other room they gave us the heater didn’t work again but didn’t want to deal with staff again since they seem annoyed because our first room was not working. this whole process of unpacking and changing rooms to unpacking again took us a total of 1 hour. not to mention we had to move our car from different parking lots to be closer to our hotel room.

Comfortable and nice location.

Suite was comfortable with everything we needed.

Thermostat was difficult to regulate to a comfortable level (we were too hot). Also, this facility never once responded to the same question we asked multiple times within the booking.com app over the course of 3 wks and not once did they respond. Calling the number given within booking.com sent us to a call center who couldn’t even find our reservation - so call directly if you need any questions answered since the app was only good for making the reservation and charging our card. It was very frustrating.

Great accommodation for groups

Well maintained. Good pool, laundry facilities, BBQ facilities. There was a problem with our room not having a stove but the staff helped us change to one with a stove

The rooms are set up for cooking and can accommodate a family

The staff in the office are not friendly, and the office closes at 8 PM. If you need a towel or any kind of assistance past 8 PM you are screwed, as there is no on-site help after that hour. For the cost of this hotel / lodge, there should be help available. The exterior of the place and shared spaces were shabby.

Nice place, close to everything. Quiet and peaceful. Loved my room with sitting area and breakfast nook. Kitchenette was fully stocked to prepare anything in the room. Very nice.

It is in a convenient spot, close to eateries, that we could walk to and very quiet.

Great location

The place was clean, comfortable and central to both the CA side and NV side of Lake Tahoe. It was really a convenient place to stay and had many amenities for cooking. I would definitely stay here again.

The only surprise was an extra charge after we checked out. I thought all the prices were stated and there would be "no surprise".

Great Location. Walking distance to store and restaurants. Small but well equipped kitchen. Plenty of parking. Easy to get to the slopes, back home, and prepare a quick meal before hitting the town. Room was small but cozy and clean. Great value for the money.

Our room only had a mini fridge, which wasn't quite big enough.
