The proximity to town. The rates. That is it!

The room was smaller than expected and what was displayed in the pictures. It aslo have a very musty smell to it. The water pressure in the shower was below average and the water didn't stay warm for too long. The bed was semi comfortable. The hot tub was barely LUKEWARM! We got in and got right back out. For a holiday weekend, the rates were bearable and it wasn't too far of a walk into the center of town and the casinos. If you are in a pinch, this is kind of worth the stay, but check all other places and airbnbs before you book!

One step above camping but not much

The check in was easy!

There was nothing for comfort- everything was rough. The door to enter was janky, there was florescent lighting outside our window for the night, the heater didn't fully work and kept us up with how loud it was blowing air but you couldnt turn off, there wasn't a side table, the towels were scratchy, the bed was lumpy. overall a roof over our heads which i am grateful but that was it. I think the reviews on booking are fake honestly.

everything was great

I booked it just for one night to park my car, sleep, and to have shower, and that's it. This is a typical motel-like property so the main requirements for me are that it is has a convenient parking, clean inside, and not overpriced. Here, it was very clean. pleanty of parking lots, including right before the room. We came at 11 pm and to get a key it took 1 minute. The location was right in 5-10min of walking time to main ski gondolas. So everything is great.

As to the price - to me it was slightly overpriced, but the location, I guess, dictates the price.

Beautiful nature and cold stay

Great place at all

It was very cold inside the room the ac/heater is so loud that you could not sleep so you have to heat it up sleep a couple of hours (3-4) heat again for 15minutes and sleep again.

Got to pamper myself with a cozy room! Jacuzzi and fire, much needed self care!

Some of the staff members were friendly.

The guests continued to smoke right near my window, even after I told the staff...It was NOT a non-smoking hotel. I wish the staff had done more to prevent the smoke from drifting in my room. Their policy states that people should not smoke right outside the rooms, but they did the whole time I was there; It was a terrible & extremely expensive experience. I would not book here again. The fluorescent lighting, which is cancerous, was also a huge letdown.

Close to renfair location and restaurants.

Pool closes early doesn't reopen until late. Ac in room only works occasionally. Curtains open up in opposite direction of opening window ,so had to open curtains completely to get air. Anyone can see in easily

I liked the fact that it is very spacious and the hot tub was big enough for 2 comfortably. The location was great as well.

I didn't like that the hot water only worked once to fill the hot tub and the air was on some sort of timer and didn't work after a while. We also had ants...

I picked this place for location and because the pool area looked nice but I will not be staying here again.

The location was good and within walking distance to many shops. Pool area was nice even though we did not swim. Outside area has some picnic tables and grills in pool area.

Very expensive for the room we got. No closet, TV didn’t work and when called in to the front desk was told there was no one available to fix it. A lot of trash around the property , had a homeless man walk from the back of our building up on my daughters who were sitting outside !!! They are adults but still unnerving. Coffee only available in the front lobby. When beds turned down there were long hairs on linen .

You can find better places for same amount

Location was excellent. They provided coffee and hot water which was helpful. They had kids pool.

As soon as we entered there was a weird smell. Rooms were super tiny. We have seen better places in same budget. The toilet was not screwed to the floor plus super small. Everytime you sit and get up, seat/commode was moving and felt like it will break. AC/heaters in such a small room were super noisy hence forget your night sleep.

Very relaxing and quiet

The room was spotless. The carpet, bathroom flooring, nightstand and furniture seemed brandnew. The bed was comfortable. No smells in room at all. I am a non smoker and I appreciated that there was no smell of smoke on property. The grounds are kept clean, the pool is nice and ckean and so is hottub. Nice people that work there. The only thing I wish was different about the room is that there were a bar to hang hangers on, instead of a desk table with an office chair they should put a little round table with 2 wooden chairs so a couple people could sit and have a meal, needed one more nightstand and one more towel rack in bathroom however all the furniture that was in the room seemed new , clean and sturdy. TV is huge and very good reception with many channels . Very nice big dresser to put clothes in. I will stay at the place again. For small families they have units with kitchenettes that look nice.

Hottub spa, closeness to burger me restaurant and the ski resort.

Hotel bed sheets were dirty.. staff brought a new sheet. Bed mattress had food crumbs all over it… had to clean the mattress myself. Bathroom had previous guest hair on floor and pencil shavings. The bed was uncomfortable, the middle of the bed was sunken in.. fire place wouldn’t light so we couldn’t use it. Only reason stayed here was due to the hotel hot tub. Other than that I won’t stay here again, would rather pay more for a cleaner hotel with the hot tub spa.
