The entire staff is polite, friendly and welcoming. The hotel is clean and comfortable.
I think the dogs at hotel should be muzzled when being walked through the hallways and on the elevator. Some pet owners hold and walk their dogs holding the collar without a leash, I feel that extra precaution is needed.

Price appropriate for conditions.
No hygiene items available. There was only one washcloth and there were bugs in the bathroom. The hangers weren’t staying on the hooks and the metal on the bar was rusted out. I did not want to put my suit on that. No breakfast at all provided there’s only coffee no hot water so that I could make my own tea. The vending machines that are there are very high priced. No alarm clock in the room nor hairdryer I guess I shouldn’t complain because the price I received was low although I got that low price on a website I don’t know if that is the same as I would have gotten from your franchise.
