Welcome to our cosy and comfortable room with lovely views towards the Pentland Hills, offering a relaxing base for your stay in Edinburgh. Perfect for couples or solo travellers, this private bedroom accommodates up to 2 guests and features a comfortable double bed along with your own private ensuite bathroom for extra privacy and convenience.
This listing is for 1 private room within a shared apartment. Guests will have access to a shared kitchen, dining area, and living room together with the long-term tenant who lives in the property. We kindly ask all guests to be respectful of the shared spaces and to clean up after themselves to ensure a pleasant environment for everyone staying in the apartment.
Located on the top floor of the building, the apartment offers elevated views and a peaceful atmosphere away from the busiest parts of the city. Please note the property is situated on the 3rd floor and is only accessible by stairs, with a total of 4 flights of stairs and no lift access.
Our check-in method is simple and convenient: Self-check-in is the only option, with the key securely stored in a key safe at the property.
Free public street parking is available near the building on a first-come, first-served basis.
