John is a very friendly & helpful host. The room was tidy, comfortable and offers you everything you can need. I love his bee themed rooms/ guest house There a kettle, oven, & mini fridge in the room which is very handy.. I would definitely stay again
Everything perfect. I don't understand the other bad reviews he may have received. Yes you have to share a bathroom, but the location is ideal,John room prices are affordable. Bed very comfortable

Location was great but went out for breakfast, dont like porridge.
There was only 1 bathroom, people didn't clean shower after themselves, so couldn't have shower as it was dirty. Bed was creaky and memory foam too soft, garden could have been clearer, needs cutting back front and back, I know its for hedgehogs witch is lovley but still could be done for humans and hedge hogs.
