Can only be described as like staying in a beautiful and fascinating museum. Gorgeous decor and rooms plus helpful and friendly staff with great local knowledge. The breakfast was excellent. The only place I would now stay in Glastonbury 10/10.

The ambience was exceptional, the staff friendly, welcoming and accomodating. We also liked that we were not bothered by staff, if we needed anything we just had to ask. The breakfast was delicious and various options were available. This was our 2nd visit but hopefully not our last.
We did not dislike anything, the only problem that it gets booked up very early. We were lucky to get a cancellation this time, and will have to be more prepared next time and book early...

The room was gorgeous, with two double/king size beds and a gorgeous walk-in shower! The beds were very comfy and lots of space for the dog beds. The hotel is walking distance to the shops, pubs, etc, and to a lovely park a bit further up the road, for the dogs to have a run. We even had access to a mini kitchen, to put the dog food in the fridge! The breakfast was really lovely and they even cooked sausages for the dogs! The veggie breakfast was really nice, too! The hotel itself was amazing to walk around and you really feel immersed in the history of the building. Overall, a fantastic building, wonderful, friendly staff and the perfect place to stay when visiting Glastonbury. Thank you to everyone there, for making us feel so welcome. :)
