The location is amazing. Right in the center of Glastonbury and walkable to everywhere you want to go. Charlie is the best host and ensured we had everything we needed, including maps, referrals to local things we might like, and generally supported me in any way I needed, including an air purifier to help with my response to some rather damp conditions.

I stayed here once before in another room with a friend, but this time alone. Really loved this room though (The silver birch) it was ideal for me, really spaceous with enormous bed and great little kitchenette, and TV, all in one. With bathroom en-suit. Everything you need (just missing a freezer comp' and label for location of crockery)
Mostly clean, just a couple cobwebs by bedside table.
Expensive for me on my own, but is good value for 2 sharing.
Location is great for the town, just a little dark and creepy walking back alone at night.
Great lighting in the room, so many places are too dim but this was lovely and bright, with option to dim when needed.
Even a slight view of the Abbey through the trees.
Would have liked a freezer compartment in fridge for ice cream, but Charlie looked after it for me and brough it room service to my door!
Bed a bit hard (but it's personal preference)
Looked everywhere (in all the drawers) for a dish and plates, ended up assuming there were none and emptying a tuperware tub I had, for my cereal, only to then find them all later in the microwave! :)

We certainly chose the right place for our 3 night stay! Accommodation was more than adequate, very clean and well thought out. Charlie really is a great host who did everything to make us feel welcome.
Maybe a little more crockery in the kitchen area? But honestly it was fine as it was.

Location was near high street.
Moldy mildewy smell
From recent water leak and old building. Soggy carpet, bathrooms
Door is tight w bed location, microwave was hard to Figure out, finishing outdated.
