john fue muy amable y siempre dispuesto en lo que necesitara, incluso en limpieza extra de los baños cuando se lo pedí, buscar taxi y recomendaciones para recorrer la zona. La habitación tenía de todo para hacer vida dentro, nevera, cocina, horno y calentador de agua. También un ventilador que se agradeció en la ola de calor.

Me hubiera gustado que tuviera una zona común de cocina pues es más cómodo que hacerlo en la habitacion. Por otro lado, el baño que yo compartía a veces no estaba limpio ya que éramos bastantes huéspedes. Aún así John lo limpiaba continuamente y si se lo pedías lo volvía a limpiar, cosa que le agradezco.

I love the place. Its great. Convienient and local for a single travellor. So its good for me.

Location perfect for access to the Abbey. Room was clean. Beds comfortable. Room had facilities such as fridge, pans, cooker, kettle. John had left porridge pots. And Tea and coffee and milk sachets. Shower hot and good water flow. Clean towels provided.

One bathroom to three rooms. Though there was also a downstairs toilet. Other guests awake very early using the toilet and shower. Had to wait to use shower when needed and use of loo. Had windows open as room was hot but noise from people in garden tents.

Basic but clean room & bed.

My friend & I were chatting in the room when the host John told us to adhere to the house rule of quiet time from 10pm to 6pm. I explained I had taken a phone call concerning a family crisis. John told me if I wanted to use my phone to go outside. I refused. He said there'd been complaints previously from a tenant complaining about noise & how his neighbour was taking him to Court. This made us feel very uncomfortable. I had booked to return in June but have now cancelled the booking. Also there were no fire regulations & no smoke alarm dangerous in my opinion when John wanted to put a small oven in the room when we arrived.
