Lovely host and location
It felt tired, which I guess is reflected in the low price. A little cluttered and in need of a spring clean.

Location was good, walking distance to centre but away from noise etc, the room was cozy, bathroom was new and very clean, tea in room was nice
It's mid Sep and I found the house chilly although the host did put on the heat for a few hours. Very narrow stairs to the 2nd floor, ok if packing light, coffee in the morning would have been great

Very convenient for Chalice Well and Tor. Cosy, comfortable room. Joan is a lovely host, made is very welcome and helped with any questions and requests we had.
