What a super find! Excellent comms, easy access and a wonderful little bolt hole that had everything we needed. 15 min walk to the Tor and 5 to the town centre.

-Good value for money, especially for a last-minute booking.
-Convenient location within walking distance of the town centre.
-Clever use of a compact space.
-Pleasant garden setting and outdoor seating area.
-Useful extras such as Wi-Fi, TV, tea-making facilities and fans.
- involves two separate flights of steps and walking around the perimeter of the house.
-Very compact accommodation, which may not suit everyone.
-Limited food preparation and storage facilities.
No convenient charging point beside the bed.
-Instructions for the over-bed reading lights would have been helpful.
