A beautiful cosy little place, warm and inviting.

The location was perfect for walking into the town, very central as well as being in a quiet, setting with a gorgeous view of the land. Jeremy and Claudie were both welcoming, friendly hosts and very helpful. I will happily return in the new year.

Brilliant View, comfy beds, wonderful welcome.

Absolutely lovely warm welcome. We had to book last minute due to a cancellation from another place and the response was so professional and friendly. The place exceeded our expectations and was so close to the centre. The view from our bedroom window was the best angle of the Tor and village.

I had no complaints at all. Not recommended for wheelchairs? Its about 12 minutes walk up a hill from the village. It is definitely not bad at all. That was the only thing I could think of.

Wonderful Stargaia!

I loved the room and facilities. Absolutely stunning panoramic view of the surrounding countryside and amazing sunrise when I woke up. Claudie and Jeremy are lovely, really thoughtful hosts and we had a really good conversation this morning before I left. Will definitely be returning.

I found a special gem

Upon our later than expected arrival we were warmly welcomed and made to feel at home. The room we had was very large very clean with the most comfortable beds for a good nights sleep.Breathtaking views and peaceful. I would definitely recommend a stay here and thank you I will definitely return again.

Very happy time with like-minded people

Very friendly, hospitable hosts with real interest in the guests. Spacious comfortable room with breathtaking views, including of the iconic Glastonbury tor. Comfortable, well equipped kitchen facilities. Great location for Glastonbury town centre.

I would have light basic breakfast, food, stuffs: milk, cereal, bread, butter, and conserves. Happy to pay a little extra for these.

It was a very short but very comforting and welcome stay

It was brilliant to be re-aquanted with the couple. This year a friend came and we both stayed the night and left in the morning for Glastonbury festival. The stay was excellent and we had a long chat with the couple. The views are great from the large windows and it will be great to stay there again when the festival is on in 2027.

I loved the location of the property. It was very convenient to the main centre of the town. I loved that there is a wonderful walk to a beautiful area a few minutes from the property. It felt very spacious and I loved the self catering, especially the recommendation of a wonderful Indian take away meal. The shower was good and the kitchen area was very homely to sit down in.

It was a little inconvenient to have to go downstairs to the toilet in the middle of the night.

The bed mattress in room 1 was very uncomfortable. I was honest to Jeremy on the final morning and he said that they would replace it. That I feel is a very positive response.

Brilliant highly recommend anyone needing to stay a night or 2 in Glastonbury.

I loved the room, the bed was next to the window and had lovely views, also they have pure distilled water which was quite nice as well.

I guess if you struggle going up hill then house is up a decently steep hill. However for myself it was fine.

Very good place to stay and in the heart of town. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Good to have access to kitchen and cooking fascilities. Lovely with a bath in the room (this is an exception for this particular room).

The matress had no bounce, which was hard on my back. I have stayed at Stargaia earlier, and most beds are really good, just to have mentioned that.

During my stay at Stargaia Retreat in Glastonbury, I felt completely at home. The warm and welcoming atmosphere, combined with the cozy and well-appointed rooms, made for a truly relaxing experience. The serene environment and thoughtful amenities provided a perfect sanctuary, allowing me to unwind and feel truly comfortable throughout my stay.

The Only Downside… If there’s one thing I didn’t like about my stay at Stargaia Retreat in Glastonbury, it’s that I couldn’t stay longer! From the warm, welcoming atmosphere to the peaceful surroundings, it truly felt like a home away from home. Leaving was the hardest part—I could have happily stayed forever!

The hosts are exceedingly nice and accomodating. The landscape is stunning. The area is quiet and in good walking - distance.

I had the room over the bathroom. As I personally are very sensitive to noise, I would take the big bedroom with three beds and rather pay more.

Claudie and Jeremy's place make you feel at home.

It was just perfect. The location in town, the owners, my room with a beautiful view, their service, and the lovely summer weather.... all came together. Claudie and Jeremy, the owners, really make you feel at home. It is their passion. We had nice talks about life and were sharing our feelings about the process we're in, nowadays. They share their kitchen and bathroom, with free coffee and tea for example and I got even magnesium salt for a lovely warm bath. They just give a guest what their soul needs. They really tune in! You also can book a soundhealing with Claudie (you must experience!).Travelling just by myself, I really felt save, knowing that I could rely on them. I got more than I expected. And what a marvellous view on the tor from the room and the terrace. And the hill on which the hostel is located is lovely to meditate in the morning or to see the sunset. So sereen....

On sundays no busses nor taxis could drive me to a workshop I had booked. It was only in Wedmore (a drive for half an hour), but without Jeremy bringing me, I couldnt have joined the group. He was so kind to be the taxi that I looked for. But public transport in the weekend is not obvious in de surroundings of Glastonbury.

Stay at Stargaia for the Glastonbury experience

If you're unsure about anything in Glastonbury, Jeremy and Claudie have a long list of hidden gems to keep you adventuring day after day. A very clean space, in an incredible location, with very supportive home keepers, I really enjoyed and loved my stay at Stargaia Retreat. And the views! Stunning.

Nothing really. Maybe the curtains on one window didn't match the blackout curtains on the other side, but that's a minor detail.

Glastonbury hidden gem

I have stayed all around Glastonbury but stargaia was by far the best yet. Location was amazing cozy cottage with amazing view of the tor. Jeremy was such a lovely host. Rooms were warm and comfortable. Fabulous shower (shared but no probs) Very quiet street 5 mins walk into town. Parking on the street Will definatly be back. 🙏

Jeremy & Claudie made my trip to Glastonbury more Magical. They helped Spiritually Guide me. I felt aligned with everything they said, lots of synchronicities. I believe the Universe guided me to Stargaia and for the first time in a long while I was able to Trust. It was very overwhelming a beautiful experience. I stayed an extra day and Claudie kindly created a Mayan calendar for me. This will continue to help guide me on my path. I am very grateful. Thank you ✨🙏✨🌟🌈
