Toilet dark room, light flickered on and off, my granddaughter was afraid to go to the toilet. It was reported to the manager! Not impressed by his lack of customer service! I was told if it was spotlights it will flicker. If it was not spotlights to come down in the morning to report. This is not acceptable. During the night, high winds rattled the windows. Sounded like morse code all night. Plug in bath was not fit for purpose! My 4 year old granddaughter wanted a bath, the water kept draining away.. She had to have a shower instead, shes not used to showers.

Even with the little niggles it was a nice environment to stay in and would 100 per cent stay there again
It’s was clean and the staff were lovely ,nothing was too much trouble
The showers were run off a mixer tap so it was a bit of an ordeal going hot them cold them hot again! And the restaurant wasn’t open any of the evenings we were there which was disappointing as it meant you had to go out for food,staff were very obliging when takeaways were brought in though

Clean and tidy, great room size, comfortable beds, perfect location as we were visiting for the carnival, Luke was very personable, knowledgeable and professional, on-site parking was great as was the lift and communal areas.
It's a bit rough around the edges in parts - hallway doors, wallpaper around windows, very basic kettle but still excellent value for money. It was quite hot in the corridors, and in the bedrooms until we opened the windows despite the radiator being off. The towel rail was on permanently though so we had to keep the bathroom door closed too but to be fair we are having an unseasonably mild November.

The staff were very nice and helpful
The fact that I was looking forward to a long hot shower after 3 1/2 driving, But I could not enjoy one because my bathroom had a ridiculously large spa bath in it that wasn't very clean The room itself was extremely dated with a brown carpet and the mattress was very lumpy and very uncomfortable.

Very disappointed about breakfast. Had arranged with evening reception that a light breakfast would be available from 7am as we had an early start. Despite asking the ported nothing appeared, we left at 0720 to break our fast at Macdonalds.
