Codice CITRA: 011013-LT-0079 La Luna di Bastremoli is the name of our newly renovated house with a new pool, located in the middle of the locality Bastremoli. The locality is home to around 340 residents. As you walk to the small, local, and very well-stocked grocery store, you'll meet many smiling, tourist-friendly residents. The entire accommodation (house, garden, pool) is always rented out completely and exclusively to your group or family. The landlord does not live in the area. The property is fully fenced. The House On the ground floor, you'll find a hallway, a large kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom, and a bedroom with a double bed and an additional fold-out bed (for example for children). - On the mezzanine, there's access to the terrace and swimming pool, as well as a room with two single beds. - On the first floor, there's a living room/dining area with a toilet and access to a large terrace offering magnificent views. From the living room, you can access a bedroom with a double bed and bathroom, as well as an additional room with a bunk bed. - On the upper mezzanine, there is a bedroom with a double bed. In front of the house there is a terrace with a large dining table and another seating area. Another table with chairs offers a good view of the mountains. Behind the house, there's a beautifully lit swimming pool terrace equipped with sun loungers and a table with chairs. This terrace offers a stunning view ofthet locality and mountains. The swimming pool features built-in lighting, allowing you to enjoy it even in the late hours. Additionally, it has a sliding roof. This keeps the water at a pleasant temperature even in the transitional seasons The house is not directly accessible by car. You can park in a nearby parking lot, from which a narrow, uphill road and stairs lead to the house. Additional parking spaces are available on the western side, and a narrow, straight path leads to the house. In Bastremoli, you'll find a small but very well-stocked grocery store. About 1.5 km from the house, higher in the mountains, there's a great Ristorante Pizzeria. The nearest large supermarket, Eurospin, is located 3 km from the house in Follo. Follo is the nearest larger locality with more shopping and dining options. La Spezia, an important tourist city with a population of 95,000, is 7.4 km from the house. The sea is 11 km away (La Spezia). The beach is 17 km away (e.g., Lerici). Beautiful places in the area Cinque Terre - famous picturesque towns (24 km), Portovenere - beautiful coastal town (25 km), Carrara - marble mountains and exceptional beaches (28 km), Lucca - historic city (70 km), Pisa - leaning tower (74 km), Genoa - capital of the Liguria region (100 km), Florence - capital of the Tuscany region (145 km). In February (and March), the Carnival in Viareggio takes place (45 minutes from the house). It is one of the most famous carnival events in the world, known for its gigantic, satirical floats. Airports The nearest airports are Pisa (1 hour) and Genoa (1 hour). Car When arriving by car, take the Vezzano A15 exit. Your stay in the house is at your own responsibility. Parents are responsible for their children, and the swimming pool is only for swimmers.
