Cozy and neat.

Great location, close to the town lift which we could access for free thanks to the travel card we got from the host. Property exactly as described, very clean and equipped with everything one may need! There are two balconies and you can even enjoy a bit of sea view! The host was PERFECT - incredibly helpful, very responsive, provided lots of recommendations and was really amazing with answering any questions we had :)

The only tiny downside were the sockets. Only one socket in the kitchen could be used for the iron, kettle, hair dryer, and some of our own devices like hair straightener so perhaps some converters would be handy but it was nothing we could not live without :)

Die Matratzen waren durchgelegen Das Klappsofa ist für eine erwachsene Person nicht bequem der Checkin war mühsam - das Kennzeichen war nicht registriert; wir kamen beim Schranken nicht rein die Kontaktperson reagierte so verzögert der Schlüssel war so kompliziert versteckt der online Checkin Link funktionierte nicht; ich bekam Phishing-Nachrichten - also gut aufpassen, dass die Kommunikation nur über booking erfolgt

I’ve traveled extensively, and my son has stayed in Airbnbs all over the world, but this was by far the worst experience we’ve encountered. I want to warn others before they make the same mistake. Arrival & Directions The instructions to the apartment were vague, confusing, and unhelpful for anyone unfamiliar with the area. WeThe elevator was broken with no alternatives guidance provided. My 78-year-old mother, who has mobility challenges, was forced to walk miles up very steep hills. When we contacted the host for help, he was combative and simply told us to “find a cab.” Taxis were not available, so we were left to walk. Accessing the Apartment The apartment was listed as being on the second floor but in reality was in unit C, which is located two full levels higher. We had to figure this out ourselves in the dark after more than an hour of exhausting uphill walking. Host Attitude & Hospitality Upon arrival, the apartment was unbearably hot. The host told us it was “a waste of energy” to cool it before we arrived. We had been promised a bottle and fresh cookies but instead found a single bottle of water and a few airplane crackers. When we politely mentioned our disappointment, the host’s response was, “Never look a gift horse in the mouth.” His arrogance and disrespect were a constant theme during our stay. We arrived very late and it was very dark so the minimal directions made it extremely hard. He were able to find it with help from a local. Apartment Quality     •    My sons Bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable.     •    The coffee maker did not work at all.     •    The shower provided 3–5 minutes of hot water before turning ice cold.     •    The much-touted “welcome gift” was laughable. Checkout Issues The host promised late checkout would be “no problem,” but when we requested an extra hour, we were allowed only 15 minutes. To make matters worse, the cleaning crew showed up early and the host pressured us to leave.
