una stupenda soluzione per godere delle 5 terre... ( con qualche rimediabile problema..)

voto massimo con lode : posizione strepitosa sul porticciolo , con terrazzo e vista mozzafiato sul mare, il paese e i tramonti, appartamento su due piani davvero molto bello e raffinato, pulito e funzionale

note dolenti, la prima non rimediabile, le altre si…. chi conosce la Liguria sa che le case hanno scale ripide, ma queste in particolare sono da free climber, e per persone non allenate, e magari con bagagli pesanti, sono impossibili da salire: non si può certo rimediare, ma si può avvertire perché uno possa decidere se sono adatte alla propria situazione fisica .. e a proposito delle scale, comuni agli altri affittacamere del palazzo ( le 5 terre sono un vespaio di locazioni private) , erano sporchissime, davvero imbarazzanti… ( ogni tanto magari qualcuno che ricava soldi dagli affitti potrebbe controllare )… dopodiché, per la durata del soggiorno abbiamo avuto il sacco della biancheria sporca proprio davanti alla porta di ingresso ( tutto documentato) , sul terrazzino ( carinissimo) staziona un ombrellone inutilizzabile perché completamente rotto. Dulcis in fundo, si fa per dire , è inaccettabile che una camera con questo genere di tariffe offra le cialde per il caffè a pagamento ( !!!) e non comprese nel prezzo ( mai capitato in anni di viaggi in tutto il mondo ) Vorrei precisare che non è una questione di soldi, ma di sensibilità e mentalità: in una location che si definisce luxury acqua di cortesia, cialde e bustine per le tisane gratuite sono il minimo sindacale. Un ultimo consiglio, un appartamento così ben realizzato ( lo dico da professionista) avrebbe bisogno di una più attenta manutenzione ( vernici scrostate ed entrambe le abat - jour rotte… e il frigorifero toglietelo dal passaggio!)

Toller Aufenthalt mit super Lage jedoch preis-leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Tolle moderne und schöne Einrichtung und die Lage einfach perfekt. Die Aussicht mit Sonnenuntergang kaum zu toppen. Tolle Betten saubere Bettwäsche und Badetücher.

Das Preisleistungsverhältnis hat für uns nicht gestummen wegen folgenden Punkten. -WC Deckel kaputt -Bad Türe konnte man kaum schliessen - Föhn musste ich Steckdose suchen da die im Bad nicht funktionierte - für diesen Preis hätte ich erwartet dass man Kaffemaschine mit Kapseln zur freien Verfügung hat und nicht 1.50 zahlen muss/ Kaffe -Treppengeländer für die Galerie in der Wohnung hat gewackelt - wie bereits gelesen Elektrizität im Treppenhaus hat nicht funktioniert. Wenn man schon so steile Treppen hat dann Licht (schon versicherungstechnisch) - wir hatten schon grössere Kinder, mit kleinen Kindern würde ich es nicht empfehlen - schaut den Weg gut an es hat zwei Eingänge

Far from being a luxury apartment

The location was great, and the view was amazing!

The apartment was really dirty and in desperate need of renovation. The walls were cracked and no longer white. In some areas, the paint was peeling off. The doors and raling of the stairs going to the 2nd bedroom, once painted white, were disgusting. One of the shower walls was covered in mould. I also found hair in the bathroom from the previous guests. One of the main lights in the living area was not working. The furniture was covered in dust. The apartment was on the 4th floor, and the stairs were very steep and narrow. Which wouldn't have been a problem if there were lights all the way up. On the second floor was pitch dark. Taking the luggage up and down the stairs was a real challenge. When I complained to the owner about all these and told her that I would also inform Booking, I was accused of threatening her and being poorly educated.

Die Bilder hatten mit der Realität nicht viel zu tun. Das Zimmer („Luxury Honeymoon Suite“) war ziemlich runtergerockt. Sehr klein, für 3 Personen nicht geeignet. Der Preis war deutlich zu hoch. Die Lage ist top, mitten im Hafen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr unangenehm. Er lehnt Anrufe ab und möchte nur über WhatsApp kommunizieren. Frage nach Hilfe ( Aircon lief nicht an) wurden nicht wirklich ernst genommen.

1-) apartman çok çok eski, merdivenler çok dik. 2-) otel otoparka çok uzak ve valizi otele taşımak inanılmaz yorucuydu, otelin bir servisi olmalıydı. (Vernazza cinque terra da bu olanaklar vardı) bu otelin de bir servis olanağı olsaydı çok iyi olurdu. Bunlar dışında bir şey yok, bu bölgenin en iyi manzarası bu otelde :)

Vue magnifique mais attention au parking et l’accessibilité

La vue incroyable sur le village et le coucher du soleil le soir Et la clim!

Parking : Néanmoins il faut souligner que le loueur nous a dit qu’il y avait un parking au bout de la rue, c’est faux… le parking est en haut du village et aucune voiture ne peut y descendre. Le parking a 60 places et il faut attendre qu’une voiture sorte pour rentrer. En ce qui nous concerne nous avons attendu que une heure mais nous sommes ensuite resté garé les 3j de notre séjour… Accessibilité : après avoir descendu tout le village il faut monter au 4eme étage de l’immeuble sans ascenseur, OK… Mais escalier avec des marches étroites mais hautes Pas de lumière dans les escaliers sombres Une cordelette sur le côté en guise de rampe…

Romantiskt med bästa läget i marinan i vackra Riomaggiore!

Lägenhet i etage som känns lyxig för att vara i Cinque Terre-standardmått mätt. Enkelt med nyckelskåp precis vid boendet. Vi kom med bil. Finns p-hus strax ovan staden börjar, men det blir snabbt fullt så satsa på att åka tidigt. I annat fall finns parkeringar längs gatan längre upp på berget och då får man vara beredd att gå en bit.

Kaffe/te kunde ha fått ingå i priset.

First night great - could only access one room 2nd night

Brilliant location

We had 2 rooms. Where locked out of both 2nd night - couldn’t contact anyone for help! One room other guests had locked the (communal) door from inside - took a good 10 minutes of hammering on the door to rouse them. The other room (in a separate building) the outside door was locked when we got back in the evening- we couldn’t get in at all

Excellent location with fantastic views

Excellent location, overlooking the Riomaggiore Harbour, superb balcony with view of the sunset and the rest of this Cinque Terra town. Very challenging series of internal stairs need to be tackled each time one leaves or returns - not suited to anyone with mobility issues or large suitcases!

We had a balcony that overlooked the marina and the village center. We loved having the extra room in the apartment as opposed to only a hotel room. The balcony, the view and the vibe was wonderful. Our apartment was 4 floors above a great gelato shop. All in all, absolutely wonderful.

the lights in the stairs were a bit spotty and took a day or two to figure out. They are necessary if you are staying on the penthouse level, but this was NOT a bad mark in our opinion.

Beautiful views, but disappointing accommodations & lack of any personal service responsibility!!!!!

The view was spectacular and really the best part of the property. Can’t beat the location…..unfortunately you had to hike up the equivalent of 5 steep narrow, dark and winding stairs to reach the front door. Not safe, cardio buster with suitcases and no porter help available!

No ac control reported batteries needed to be replaced on day one and owner did not care. Lied and said maid replaced and not the case! Volume on TV did not work😩. Shredded outdoor chaise lounge cushion on terrace unusable. Peeling paint chips in ceiling wall corner needed repaired. Attempted multiple times to contact THEOne property phone # only to get a recording then disconnect! WiFi did not work! Repeatedly exchanged messages thru Booking.com owner connect and owner was not responsive to these issues. None of them were properly addressed. Was so disappointed, that we left the property one day early & notified owner in advance for full or partial refund for the one day & he rejected and could care less. If this is the type of owner properties that are on your site you will be in a world of long term business hurt. We will never use your site again and will share with all of our friends our displeasure and lack of resolution! This owners sucks the big donkey!

Vorsicht: Falscher Standort!

Das Appartment ist schön und entspricht den Fotos - jedoch aber nicht seinen Preis wert. Man beachte jedoch untenstehenden Punkt bezüglich der Lage

Auf booking.com war der Standort des Appartments an der Riviera direkt am Meer angegeben. In Wahrheit befindet sich das Gebäude aber weiter hinten im Dorf. Der Vermieter ist diesbezüglich aber absolut uneinsichtig und verweist darauf, dass im Inserat steht, dass das Appartment in der Dependance/Nebengebäude ist. Wo sich dieses aber befindet ist nirgends ersichtlich. Hätten wir die effektive Lage des Appartments gekannt, hätten wir die Unterkunft nicht gebucht bzw. wären nicht bereit gewesen, diesen Preis zu bezahlen.

A magical view

The apartment was all we could dream for. We booked it especially for the view and were not disappointed. It’s such a luxury to wake up in the morning and see the quiet sea and enjoy Riomaggiore before the tourists arrive. The terrace is in the sun during the afternoon and is the perfect point of view to see the sunset.

Parts of the apartment are slightly run down and could benefit from an upgrade (paint peeling off on the ceiling, lounge chair without a proper cover, etc.). Given some of the reviews, I did some extra diligence before booking but ultimately did not regret my choice.

Loved this village and the apartment, be prepared for stairs

The view from the balcony on the honeymoon suite and the penthouse is amazing and worth the climb! The beds were comfortable and it is nicely decorated. It is clean. Did I say the balcony is amazing! This place is full of charm and character and uniqueness, and I absolutely loved it and our stay. We rented the two and they basically connect, there is an outer door you can close and lock and keep your room doors open, very nice for families, we are traveling with our two adult children and their significant others and this set up worked well for us.

Nothing bad just some things you should know. This property is not for elderly, out of shape, people with lots of luggage or obese. From the train, you travel down several flights of stairs and stone paths. When you get to the the property you travel up five flights of narrow, slippery marble stairs, with no light, and a rope to hang on to (which I desperately needed. I was prepared for this from other reviews, but still it was more than expected.) the apartments are small, but charming. The honeymoon suite is interesting with the glass wall (it does have a shade) but you could sit on the toliet and look in the mirror and see the ocean🤣

Amazing view, easy to find, the apartment really located in the heart of Riomaggiore. It was pretty clean and nice. I would come back for the view but not for the facilities. Staff was always on the line for any questions.

The stairs ware tough, even the stairs inside the apartment to reach the bed + we bumped out heads few times. The door to the bathroom was broken, it was very difficult to close it. The fridge didn’t work :(

Best Sleep Ever

Right next to the ocean. Balcony and see sounds made this a great experience. Market down the road luckily was open for purchase of food, wine, and more. The hiking to Riomagiorre the next Cinque Terre village was steep and challenging but amazingly scenic. Recommend being in good shape if you go here without mass transit

Accessibility to a where I had to park was a bit of a chore (approx 1/2 Km away) along with ascending to the top floor. Not their fault but restaurants, if they're even open, are hard to get into during the low season.

Das tolle Frühstück wurde immer pünktlich aufs Zimmer geliefert. Die Servicedamen waren sehr bemüht und sehr nett. Die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse war genial.

Der Zugang zu unserem Zimmer in der obersten Etage war nur über schmale und extrem steile und verdreckten Treppenstufen möglich. Ich habe noch nie solch eine steile Treppe fast ohne Absicherung betreten. Das Treppenhaus ist fast eine Baustelle. Bei den im Treppenhaus provisorisch verlegten Elektroleitungen bekommt man Angst. Der Fußweg vom Parkhaus mit Koffer und Gepäck und dann dieser Treppenaufstieg ist in dieser Preiskategorie eine echte Zumutung und nicht zu empfehlen. Aufgrund der Bauarbeiten in der Wohnung drunter war der eh schon enge Aufgang mit Gips-und Zementsäcken zugestellt. Ein Vorbeikommen war fast nicht möglich. Unser gemeinsames Frühstück fand an einem kleine Schreibtisch statt.

Beautiful building! Don’t let the reviews put you off staying here!

The best view in the whole town, just spectacular! Very clean and comfortable. Bed is super comfortable. Bath robes and slippers provided. Little kitchenette perfect for whipping up a quick pasta dish (no knives though, so just be aware). Pretty easy/quick to get to from the train station.

These aren’t negatives at all, but just some things to be aware of if you’re coming to Cinque Terre for the first time: there are a lot of steep stairs. It is a four story climb to the top of the room. Extremely steep. There is no transportation or luggage services to the actual building itself. The other thing to be aware of is there is no reception desk or customer service for this property - I’m pretty sure this is just an AirBnB advertised on Booking.Com. The people reviewing the rude customer service is probably because their thinking it’s a hotel service, which I totally understand (the communication is pretty bad but just hang in there, the guy comes through with the goods eventually!) It’s definitely worth staying at, so don’t let this put you off, but there are some abnormalities you will not be used to if you mainly stay in hotels and major cities. I would rethink staying in Cinque Terre in general if you cannot climb stairs or are not very active.

Great location with sunset view

Very low/bad WiFi connection. No greetings and everything for money (water, coffee). Aircon split on the balcony so hot air blowing while you want to enjoy the outdoor. But no way to switch it off as it is shared with other apartment. Stairs to get to 4th floor but you get used to it in cinque terre !-)
