Fantastic apartment and location

The apartment is in a very central location, the staff were excellent and very responsive to our requests. We were very grateful for an early checkin. The apartment was clean and exactly as described. Restarants and shops were just down 2 flights of stairs and its an easy walk to the station and the boats. I would definitely stay again and recomend it to others.It was great having a view, kitchen and washing machine.

The lighting on the staircase when exiting the apartment. There was no light switch available so we had to use our phones as a torch. The lights worked well on the way to the unit as they came on automatically when you entered the code on the door.

We had a good stay overall

the breakfast? I don't think we were supposed to get breakfast? We liked the central and convenient location from all other towns and in Riomaggiore.

My mom didn't like having to climb so many steps to get home that much but what really threw us off was that we were asked to collect all garbage and get rid of it before departure which we thought it was really inconvenient due to the fact that not only had to check out and bring all our luggage down with us but also deal with the garbage. I ended up doing 2 trips before check out.

Average Place in Riomaggiore

Great location in the heart of Riomaggiore. Access to a washing machine was very much appreciated. Air conditioning was awesome during the day.

No common area to relax with family except for the small dinning table. No outside area to enjoy the view. Floors were dirty. Would have liked a microwave. Beds were hard and pillows bad. Air conditioners made bad humming noises at night that disrupted sleep. The hot water heater was loud, too. Third "bedroom" should be pictured in advertisement. It is basically a windowless closet with a hot water heater in the corner. More information should be supplied regarding how to release the door lock without triggering the alarm when leaving and mention there is a hallway light button inside the apartment to help avoid the treacherous walk down the steps in the dark. Not enough bathroom supplies were provided for a family on 5 for 4 nights. We would not stay here again.

Property was clean and well kept….having a washer and an iron/ironing board was great! Close to restaurants/shops.

Lovely place to stay in Rio Maggiore for a family. A few stairs but not too bad , could be much worse.

Great views out the windows, good position in the middle of town. Beds comfortable, sizeable well appointed kitchen, large fridge. Good air con as it can get hot there.

No communal lounge area. third bedroom very small with a large water heater in it. very steep stairs inside the building to get to the apartment. Unsure of light switches or other apartment doorbells/ sensor lights on the stairs would be great as they are a hazard in the dark.

Cinque Terre Getaway

From the detailed instructions to the views and house itself, our stay was wonderful.

The third bedroom and master ceilings connect. It wasn't a problem, we just weren't expecting the lack of privacy. But for the location, that's totally worth the sacrifice imo.

Apartment had a beautiful view and was very clean.

For a 3 night stay, it would have been good to supply a few extra toilet rolls and dishwasher tablets.

great value for price

the property is just 4 minutes from the train station, and there not too many stairs to climb until you reach it. the view from the bedrooms is amazing. the place was very clean, we had complimentary coffee and water when we arrived. the host was very responsive and helped us with the small problems that we had.

bring slippers because the floor was freezing cold in early march. :D

Lovely view and close to facilities.

The location was lovely. Nice view and not hard to find from the station. close to all amenities.

- The third bedroom has no window and has a hot water heater in it not shown in photos. It was really loud and impossible for sleep so we turned it off which left us with cold water. We made it work though- turned it on during the day and off at night. It really is just typical small space in Cinque Terre. - Also there was a door alarm that sounded every time you opened the door. We weren’t able to turn it off. Hard not to wake everyone ducking out for a morning walk! - Not a complaint but no lift access and two sets of stairs to the property. it’s the Cinque Terre after all. ☺️

Lots and lots of stairs not mentioned in the description at all. a serious problem for one of our family members 😔. the shower would not drain which made a mess we had to clean

The location in Rio Maggiore was amazing. The host gave us precious and complete information to find the apartment. Also a nice view

Firts, the equipments are very very simple and don’t look as on the pictures. Then, they said they didn’t see the reservation was for 4 people so they change the price Finally, once we left, they said that they can’t take the payment with Booking so they harassed me like it was my fault!! They send me a wrong RIB to pay then harass me again and at the end (one month later!) it was ok. They also tru to make me pay the taxes twice!! In cash in the apartment and then with the whole payment! Everything was very complicated with them, very expensive for a poor equipment and small place I will neither come back nor recommand it

Séjour très agréable au cœur des Cinq Terres

Appartement très bien équipé et idéalement situé dans un des plus beaux villages des Cinq Terres. Accès rapide à l'avenue commerçante et à la gare. Belle vue sur le village. L'accès à l'appartement par un code est très pratique. Tout est fait pour qu'on se sente bien dans l'appartement et la plupart des problèmes signalés dans les autres commentaires ont été corrigés quand c'était possible.

Une forte odeur de silicone dans la salle de bain pendant 2 jours en raison sans doute d'une réparation récente. Il serait appréciable de bien préciser le fonctionnement de la gestion des déchets car un policier nous a interdit de les jeter dans un container à notre départ.

War mit 3 Kindern ok, würde die Wohnung nicht wieder buchen , Booking hatte keine Alternativangebote

Die Grundreinigung nach dem letzten Mieter war schlecht. Wir sind alle in badelatschen in der Wohnung gelaufen. Im Bad gab es grobe Abnutzungsspuren (Toilettendecken war lose), Duschkabinenwände nicht intakt. Das Thema ist wahrscheinlich , wenn ein Reinigungstrupp schnell durch die Wohnung putzt werden Instandhaltungsthemen immer aktuter, wenn da nicht systematisch mal ein Profi durchschaut.
