La Ubicación y el confort. Todo muy limpio, casa cómoda.! Lacocina muy útil con todos los implementos, te deja café para compartir en familia. Me pareció excelente. Cerca de todo.

Las escaleras jajajaja pero es normal en éstas regiones, si vas a éstos lugares debes estar consciente de eso. Son pueblos costeros por ende debes tener subidas.

Modern clean facilities. Great location just near main street of Riomaggiore. Host was helpful and sent clear instructions of how to find the property from the train station.

There was no iron or ironing board. No full length mirror. Not enough toilet paper supplied (only two rolls for 4 nights). The main/shared stairwell felt old and smelled very damp and musty.

Really great location, up a side alley from the main street. Clean. Good instructions to find the property(video). Beside a fab restaurant. Very convenient to access from train station.

Disappointing response from the owner/property manager when issues were raised. The TV was initially broken, which was particularly frustrating as we are big soccer fans and my sons wanted to watch the World Cup games. When I raised this, I was told that there were bars nearby with TVs. I explained that I would rather not have to bring my sons to a bar to watch the matches, and the TV was eventually repaired. The air conditioning in the main bedroom was also old and noisy. However, the hot and humid conditions made it difficult to sleep without using it. I contacted the owner to ask for advice on using the night mode or reducing the fan speed, but was simply told not to use it at night. No practical assistance was offered. We followed the property's request to turn off the air conditioning whenever we went out. The main issue was not that problems occurred, but the lack of helpfulness and understanding when they were reported.
