We think Riomaggiore was the best place to stay in Cinque Terre!

The location was awesome! And the views, wow! It was so convenient to everything, restaurants, shops, train station.

It was very basic in its offerings but the bed was very comfy and it was neat and tidy and we were all about the location.

A great stay in a beautiful town

The most incredible location overlooking the water. The photos are completely true to life. Giorgia was an amazing host, very communicative and even helped us out when we arrived a day early and had no accomodation booked. The apartment was clean and the instructions on how to find the apartment and access the keys were very easy to follow. Would highly recommend for anyone staying in Riomaggiore and I'll definitely look to book again!

Magnificent view and lovely place to stay

SUPERB place to stay 😀 The view over the small harbour is just magnificient. We stayed with a 12y old and he loved it!

During one point we only had shower warm or cold water but that would be solved over the weekend.

Great location - Spectacular view

Exceptional location - in a village where much of the accommodation is difficult to access Nel Cuore del Porticciolo was easier than most to get to and then has a beautiful view from the windows. There are restaurants nearby and it is only a few minutes walk from the train through the tunnel. The host provided great instructions to help us find the room and we found it had everything we needed. Just take care to enter slowly through the front door as there are a couple of steep steps down.

Prime location but tragic shower situation

Prime location and view. Minimal steps in comparison to others - big bonus. Giorgia gave great instructions! Wasn't very noisy. Coffee pods provided. Sofa bed much better than expected - actually single bed.

The shower is a small disaster - shower head doesn't function as it should, shower door is very awkwardly fitted and the water floods the entire bathroom floor. This means hand towels end up being used on the floor.

Best home base for Cinque Terre!

The flat is truly in the heart of the marina and part of every iconic Riomaggiore that photo you have ever seen. 2 rooms with a comfortable double bed, a sofa cum bed, dining table, and bathroom. 4 mins walk from the train station with minimal stairs. The host was super accommodating and helpful! Will return and recommend highly for a cosy and comfortable home base in Cinque Terre.

Great apartment in Riomaggiore, the view and location is outstanding. The host was great!

Perfect location in Riomaggiore. We got to meet the hosts nonna at the check in and she was so nice and welcoming to us! The apartment is close to great restaurants, train station, ferry station, ocean and lots more. We appreciated that a lot. The apartment itself was quite spacious and had an elder but good standard.

The towels and bed linen felt quite used.

Very poor

Unfortunately our room was broken into and valuables and cash were stolen. The lock on the door was flimsy but the odd thing was that the door was still locked when we got back but was all pushed in. Reported it to the police but never felt comfortable staying there after that.

This apartment is all about the view! I don't think you could find better, the perfect thing to wake up to. It's really close to the train station so very easy to get to and also great for getting to the other villages. The host was also super helpful and responsive. The flat itself is small but comfortable and clean.

It's a little noisy in the evenings till about 1am due to the restuarant below but we didn't really find this an issue. And it's worth it for the location!

Location, Location Location !!!

Grandma Nuccia met us and showed us to our apartment. Location and view was brilliant. Would recommend to stay there, and we would stay there again. The ability to hand wash clothes after hiking and hang them out to dry was great,

A kettle would have been handy as we had to boil water in a saucepan to make tea. The showerhead should probably be replaced as water was only coming out of the holes in the centre.

We had a problem with flights and arrived A-day late and the host was very gracious and refunded me a partialrefund. The unit is amazing has everything you need and it is actually in the postcard.. Comfortable interesting something you definitely want to see in Italy.. Some stairs but all in all it was just amazing!!

Exactly the relaxing vacation I was hoping for.

The locations was amazing, hearing the water hits the rocks as you sleep was very relaxing. Super easy to get around to all of the sites.

Everything …so central and sea breeze keeps heat under control. Also recommendation to eat in Rio Bistro downstairs was so good. We did not realise this was Michelin Star restaurant and the tasting menu was such an experience You are in the town centre and walk at nighttime through village is beautiful.

Loved this place, the view is beautiful and the hosts were very nice and good at communicating with us. checkin was made nice and easy. nice and clean apartment with lovely restaurants close by. we wouldn't hesitate to come here again! Riomaggiore is a beautiful village
