Great room, very good location, extremly friendly staff! The missing AC is well compendated for with a mobile one.

A bit louf outside in the night.

We absolutely loved our stay here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. Nico was an exceptional host from start to finish. He communicated with us via WhatsApp before our arrival, met us at the train station, and personally walked us to the apartment. He was incredibly warm and friendly, gave us excellent local recommendations, provided directions, and even allowed us to check in early at no extra cost, which we really appreciated. The apartment itself was much more spacious than we expected, which was a lovely surprise. It was spotlessly clean and well-equipped, with two fans and an air conditioning unit that kept us comfortable despite the summer heat. The highlight, however, was the location. Situated right beside Riomaggiore's beautiful harbour, the views were absolutely stunning. We couldn't have asked for a better location and loved being able to step outside and be right in the heart of everything. It made our stay truly memorable.

Super miejsce przy samym porcie widok oddaje wszystko rano budzi Cię szum morza otwierasz okno i widzisz morze !!! Właściciel czeka żeby Cię ugościć co nie jest typowe widziałem z okna jak ludzie szukają swoich apartamentów z telefonami w ręku. Nico wielkie dzięki za przywitanie. Kuchnia wyposażana w podstawowe rzeczy do przygotowania śniadań lub innych potraw ekspres do kawy z kapsułkami. Nie są to luksusy ale apartament jest bardzo dobrze wyposażony i całkiem duży. polecamy aż nie chciało się wyjeżdżać.
