An ok stay

Location was very central and we always felt part of the action.

Shower not great. Noisy (outdoors and next door neighbours). Cramped 3rd and 4th beds.

it’s in need of maintenance. The kitchen only had a bread knife for preparing food. also only 3 butter knife’s. toilet seat loose. 2 bedroom on mezzanine floor, it doesn’t say you can’t stand up. large wouldn’t been through the middle that you costly hit your head on. Couch that’s falling apart. shower that doesn’t drain the water. so your standing in ankle deep water. no side tables at bed. only tiny pieces of wood which are useless.

Fantastic location, few minor tweaks needed

Location on the waterfront was fab. We were a party of 3 and the apartment was spacious and accommodating for our needs. Great Wi-Fi reception

Sleeping quarters on mezzanine were height- cramped. Couple of minor repairs needed eg a handle on one of the presses.

We experienced Cinque Terre at its heart and soul!!

I think the included breakfast was a huge bonus! The house itself allowed us to immerse ourselves in what it was Like to be a local. The location is absolutely perfect and allows you to be a part of the cultural experience of Cinque Terre.

The pillows were a little flat and maybe there could have been a few more towels, but really everything was fantastic!

Great location, cute apartment, just needs better ventilation!!!

Location was terrific albeit a little difficult to find, apartment was well appointed, clean and quaint.

Apartment was very hot and the Air Conditioning did not work well. We may be snobby Americans who like A/C but it was just uncomfortably warm and stuffy. The place is very small and tight, sleeping arrangements were very tight and claustrophobic, I could not sleep in the bed due to apartment being so hot with little air flow.

It was extremely clean and very nice accommodations! The location was excellent, right on the water in the centre of town. Yummy breakfast too! Definitely recommend this place for your travels to Cinqe Terre!

It was very difficult to get to with heavy luggage. Lots of steep stairs. I would recommend that the host give you a detailed map of exactly how to get to the property. It was hard to find. The apartment was a little cramped for 4 people.

Casa Elise

Casa Elise is in a great location in the tiny harbour of Riomaggiore. It was comfortable and cosy for three of us. The welcome bottle of wine was a lovely gesture. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this amazing village and the region of Cinque Terra.

The stairs to the apartment were steep without a handrail but everything else was great.

I would say that we enjoyed the experience and would recommend it to anyone going to Riomaggiore.

The apart ment is in the best location in town, on the ocean and surrounded with swimming area, hiking, great restaurants and bars. Location is excellent and we would like to return at some time. Breakfast was good, waitress very good. I would like better selection as I am vegan and finding healthy option that was on the approval list for breakfast was very difficult. These days people have many diets that restaurants need to take into consideration. Once while traveling globally there was lots of food on the organized trip but nothing for plant based diet and as a result I became very ill and have a permanent condition that is in remission. My body cannot tolerate animal products lncluding eggs, processed foods meats etc. I could not select even a salad so ate toast most of the time

Great location, wonderful host, super cute apartment.

Perfect location and the apartment was so well appointed.

The only negative was how difficult it was to get up and down from the loft. Our two kids stayed up there and it was difficult for them. Adults would really be uncomfortable.

Gute Wohnung für eine Familie. Reist mit leichtem Gepäck an, weil die Wege in Riomaggiore steil sind

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am sehr bekannten Strand von Riomaggiore. Während dem Tag hat es natürlich viele Besucher. In der Nacht ist es ruhig. Die Klimaanlage haben wir in der Nacht gerne genutzt. Tagsüber waren wir unterwegs. Die Wohnung (alles in einem Raum) ist schön eingerichtet. Es hat alles, was man für ein paar Tage braucht. Zwei Betten sind auf einem Zwischenboden eingerichtet. Dort kann man nicht mehr stehen. Zwei Betten sind beim Aufgang zum Zwischenboden eingerichtet. Das Bad (WC mit Dusche) ist sehr klein. Die Aussicht hat keinen besonderen Reiz. Es hat keinen Balkon. Man sieht eingeschränkt in den Hafen. Für eine Familie, die wenige Tage bleibt, ist es eine gute Wohnung zum Übernachten. Das Frühstück haben wir in der Bar Stazione erhalten. Es ist direkt neben dem Bahnhof. Das bedeutet einen Spaziergang von ca 8 Minuten, zwischen Casa Elisa und der Bar. Wir konnten auswählen zwischen Brot, Butter, Konfitüre / Omeletten mit Schinken und Käse / Joghurt mit Cornflakes. Alle erhielten ein Glas Orangensaft. Getränke gab es von Espresso, Cappuccino, über heisse Schokolade bis zum Tee. Selbstverständlich kann auf eigene Rechnung auch weiteres bestellt werden: Früchte, Cornetto. Die Informationen zur Anreise und zur Schlüsselübernahme habe ich per WhatsApp erhalten. Der Inhalt der Informationen war sehr gut.

Ich hätte Informationen zur Schlüsselübernahme und die Anreisebeschreibung gerne früher, spätestens am Vortag, erhalten. Zwei Nächte für vier Personen: 730 Euro. Es handelt sich dabei aber um ortsübliche Preise in der Hochsaison.

PÉSSIMO!!! Fomos enganados. Relação qualidade preço muito má. Péssimos anfitriões

A localização era boa, embora seja errado pensar que se vê o mar da janela... Só se uma pessoa se empoleirar na janela, e apenas conseguirá ver um bocadinho.

A estadia na Casa Elisa poderia ter sido razoável apesar de, desde o início, percebermos que a relação qualidade preço era baixa. O apartamento é frio, e o ar condicionado não funciona no quente. Poucos cobertores/mantas, o que piorou a situação. De resto cumpria razoavelmente o prometido, embora seja excessivamente caro para o que oferecia. Mas o pior veio no fim. Em primeiro lugar, apesar do check out ser às 10h, às 9h55 tinhamos uma senhora a entrar pelo apartamento dentro com as próprias chaves. Nem um pedido de desculpas, nem da senhora, nem da proprietária!!!! E a cereja no topo de bolo: apesar do anúncio referir que o pequeno almoço está incluído, NEM SEMPRE ESTÁ!!!! Apesar das mensagens que envia no momento do check in (com TODA a informação necessária), o proprietário não avisa (ou "esquece-se" de avisar) que às segundas-feiras o café onde é servido o pequeno almoço fecha, e não são dadas quaisquer alternativas. Marcámos duas noites neste apartamento, de sábado até segunda, ambas as noites com o mesmo preço (!!!!) e demos de caras com o café fechado. Quando questionámos o proprietário da situação, limitou-se a dizer que nós já teríamos conhecimento. E quando lhe enviámos prints a dar nota do que o booking nada referia quanto às segundas feiras, limitou-se a culpar o booking. Em nenhum momento apresentou um pedido de desculpas ou uma qualquer tentativa de sanar a situação. Ainda teve uma atitude rude, típico de quem sabe que a região tem turistas e os comentários negativos de quem lá passa não interessam. Péssimo, péssimo, estas duas situações finais, sem qualquer pedido de desculpa associado, conseguiram estragar uma manhã de férias. Não recomendo.
