Fantastic location with clean property, feels like you are home!!

Location is amazing with great view. Very clean property just like home. Paola, owner is amazing, personally came to hand over keys and give us some good hand over and what to do around the area.

Washing machine was not good, clothes were very wet. Despite of what setting you choose it goes back to short one. No washing powder provided. Similarly dish washer- goes back to short setting despite of what you choose. Dishes were not dry at end of cycle.

Amazing stay .

Huge terrace with views of riomaggiore . Seating and loungers. It gets the sun all day and they have canopies for shade . It’s less than 5 minutes walk to the gravel / stone beach and swim spot It’s the best place to stay for views . Lovely host Paola

Would absolutely stay here again!

We loved everything about the property and our host, Paola! She was so sweet and accommodating! We also highly recommend Luca if you are interested in a boat tour. We did the 3 hr sunset tour and it was the highlight of our trip!

Perfect place to stay in Riomaggiore!

Wow! What was there not to like - the perfect place to explore the villages from. In the heart of Riomaggiore, balcony to sip wine and coffee while admiring the view morning and afternoon! The photo does not do the balcony justice. The apartment was clean, cute and really functional. This place was amazing and our family had a great stay - Paola was super helpful and responsive, thank you!

Lovely flat in an amazing spot.

Beautifully adapted flat. Very easy to live in although in one of the highest old blocks right by the harbour. Wonderful big terrace looking over the harbour out to sea. Paola was very friendly and helpful. As was Roberto, the village porter. If you’re over 40 don’t try carrying heavy luggage around! Very steep staircases everywhere!

One of the best!!

The no 1 location in Riomaggiore, views were utterly fantastic. The apartment was spotless clean, the beds were comfortable, the shower was great. Overall it was a charming space to hang out and had everything we needed.

It didn’t impact us but you need to be fairly able to manage the steps leading to the property.

The view was beautiful. Paola was very helpful and welcoming, she met us at the station and sent messages to help when we had a cancelled train. It was handy to have a washing machine.

We had suitcases as it was part of a larger trip, but would suggest packing lightly as there are stairs

just like the picture, you can see the ocean on the patio. lots of fixings for breakfast , very helpful host ! parking on bottom of the hill at reasonable rates .

there are a lot of steps to get to the room and in the town. after the first day, it felt like it was no longer a challenge to make it up . well worth the view from patio!

This location was 10/10, the apartment was large, spacious, clean. The cold water was waiting for us in the fridge which was a nice little bonus because it was incredibly hot in Italy on our trip! The host was absolutely wonderful, communication over whatsapp was perfect, she was incredibly helpful and sent us tons of information and recommendations - she went above and beyond! She also met us at the train station to walk us up to the apartment. The view from all the windows and from the balcony at the property absolutely exceeded our expectations. We felt like we could just sit out there all day and night honestly! The location is incredible, we felt like we had the best spot in the whole town. We would absolutely stay here again and hope to return one day to spend more time there!

The only thing we could say that is negative is that the bed wasn't the most comfortable, so the mattress could use an upgrade!

Simply a fantastic location with feel-good roof terrace

The layout of the apartment and the way to get there immediately immerse you in the ambience of the place. Yes - there are many and small stairs. But that's why you're in Cinque Terre. So prepare and pack the luggage smartly. The large terrace over the small bay is the real highlight. Perfect for dining, sunbathing or just relaxing. Parking facilities in Riomaggiore are very limited. We had therefore booked the garage in addition. Our car, a station wagon (4.72m length x 2.1m width (incl. mirrors)) still fit in. Throughout our stay we could always reach our landlady by text message and received very helpful information. She had a lot of tips for activities in 5Terre and always a few tricky details in addition. Once again thank you Paola!

The location was excellent!

Because there were no air conditioning in the apt, it was very humid and uncomfortable to sleep in. There was not a breakfast included other than a small basket of snacks. The host did bring some fruit, milk and yogurt after i voiced my concerns about the misinformation.

Superb

The hostess met us later at night because we got lost and handed off the keys, standing outside waiting for us. She walked us to the apartment and pointed out restaurants, etc., and gave us advice. We could reach her whenever needed. The apartment is just a flight of steps away from the marina area. Word of warning: lots of stairs and ups and downs in the town, but a beautiful, friendly place. Would highly recommend.

An amazing experience in one of the best locations in town!

What an amazing place! One of the best views in town, a large private balcony with the view of the entire bay (in a town where having any balcony is a luxury) and a large apartment with all the basic amenities available. The host was superfriendly (even took some of my luggage from the car with me), available at any times and simply made me feel at home. We got a lot of various food for our first breakfast, a bottle of champagne, and most of all - a lot of insider information into what's happening in the town, what's worth seeting, where to eat, etc. It felt like talking to a friend, not like a business transaction. Awesome. Another superimportant thing was access to a private parking spot (paid extra), and if you've been to Cinque Terre at least once, you'll understand how crucial this is (and if you're going there for the first time, just let me warn you that you really, really do need a private parking spot in this town!). All in all, the next time I go to Riomaggiore, this is the apartment I hope to stay in, again.

Just one issue, but it's a major one - lack of airco. I don't know the rules in the town, maybe they're not allowed to install it - but it definitely gets really hot inside in the summer, and those simple fans won't really be able to bring the temperature down to any reasonable levels.

Would totally recommend!

We had an amazing time at the ca da maina. It truly has an amazing view with a big balcony! Also the maisonette offers a lot of space with a kitchen. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom pretty new and very clean! The host Paola also leaves a little booklet with recommendations and tips. She is also what makes the stay so great. She picked us up at the roundabout at the top of the village, showing us our parking lot (inside!) and telling us already a lot of intersting stuff about the village while walking us to the appartment. She is so open hearted and welcoming (and always reachable via whatsapp) We even got a bottle of champagne as a welcome gift! Thanks Paola for everything!

Nothing really. Maybe important to know for guests coming is that the breakfast provided is (due to regulations they need to adhere to) rather limited (some biscuits and similar prepacked snacks).

We really appreciated staying in Riomaggiore, the Appartement was very close to the sea and had a wonderful view! Paola was also very flexible and even organized a gluten free breakfast for me.

Nothing negative to add, the only thing you should be aware of is that riomaggiore is a steep village so either don’t bring too much/ too heavy luggage or be in good shape :)

Lovos nebuvo pačios patogiausios, tačiau iš esmės apartamentai tikrai puikūs, viskas apgalvota iki smulkmenų! - Šeimininkė suteikė parkavimui privatų uždarą garažą maždaug 15min pėčiomis nuo apartamentų, kas yra puiku, tiek dėl saugumo, tiek dėl to, kad dienos metu automobilis neprikaito. Taip pat mums buvo leista kitą dieną ilgiau palaikyti automobilį, kad galėtume maksimaliai pamatyti per parą laiko - ačiū jums labai! - Check-in procedūra buvo sklandi - viską aptarėme ir susirašėme dar iki mums atvykstant, tad susitikus, šeimininkė mus asmeniškai palydėjo iki apartamentų, papasakojo apie namų taisykles bei atitinkamai nuo mūsų galimybių pasiūlė mums veiklų, kad maksimaliai pasimėgautume poilsiu apylinkėse. Ačiū jums labai dar kart!

Beau petit appartement vue magnifique, comfortable, très bien équipé, propre surplombant le port.

Nous avons rencontré notre hôte à l'entrée du parking, puis elle nous a guidé dans le logement. Le logement est difficle d'accès (comme beaucoup d'endroits dans les Cinque Terre). Des escaliers très raides et très étroits. L'emplacement est magnifique, dominant le petit port de Riomaggiore. La terrasse est bien placée pour observer la vie du village, la mer et le coucher du soleil. Tout est proche dans le village. Le grand lit est spartiate, le matelas est ferme, mais comfortable. La bouteille de prossecco dans le frigo était une belle surprise. L'hôte est très disponible, et nous a transmis beaucoup d'information et donné de bons conseils.

Le petit lit est étroit et n'avait pas de duvet. Le coût du parking n'était pas clair, et n'est PAS inclu dans le prix, il coûte 20.00 euros la nuit. (payé en argent comptant avec les taxes de séjours) L'accès est difficile, ce serait très serré de transporter des valises, la taille des baggages à main est parfaite. Il est nécessaire de pouvoir marcher 10-15 minutes avec vos baggages dans les rues en pente, et les escaliers raides. L'effort en vaut vraiment la peine.
