In the picturesque 5terre national park. Just a few steps from the most beautiful rocks of Riomaggiore and its crystal clear sea. Characteristic and pretty house, located in front of the sea. It boasts a beautiful sea view and offers 4/5 beds. The apartment consists of 4 rooms located on 4 different floors connected by a fairly steep and narrow staircase: Ground floor, entrance / lounge, with sofa bed and satellite TV; first floor, room with bunk bed, bathroom with shower, balcony with sea view; second floor, kitchen and balcony with sea view; third floor, double bedroom, satellite TV, splendid sea view. Each room is air conditioned. The house can accommodate up to 5 people, but the optimal is 4 because 5 are a bit narrow

*** The price includes final cleaning for a minimum rental period of 3 nights, for shorter periods cleaning is not included in the price. In this case it is necessary to add 50 euros to the total rate, (60 euros if there are 5 people) Cleaning costs are to be paid in cash on arrival.

Cute house! Well equipped kitchen. And we loved the balcony for breakfast and end of day drinks. Great shower. Comfortable beds. Stairs are definitely narrow and steep - we left bags on bottom floor.Suggest train-arrival directions to house could be changed to walk via marina ... wider paths and less steps useful for carrying large bags.

What an adorable place, with a stunning view!!! We loved everything!!! Riomaggiore is adorable. The view from the master bedroom is the best, the veranda off the kitchen is also stunning. We had a great stay here. Beds were good. Be prepared for lots of stairs - in Cinque Terre but also in the apartment. Grazie Mille for a wonderful stay!!!!

At first we were shocked, as Texans where everything is big we wondered how this 4 floors ( maybe 10 by 12 each) of rooms would work. But by day 2 it felt like home! We loved spending time on balcony each evening with a glass of wine and after making coffee on the stove each morning.Riomaggiore steps are no joke but this was a perfect location once you got down into town.Antonio, the owner made it easy for us helping to secure a parking spot and perfect dinner reservations for our first night in. We also appreciated the air conditioning. Stayed for 3 nights, and wish we would have done one more! We had bad thunderstorms where lights flickered one evening. And the next day when we realized hot water didn’t work Antonio answered my phone call immediately and walked us through resetting hot water heater after it was tripped in storm. We each had backpacks and a carry on roller bag and getting it to our rental was not easy for 2 capable adults and a teenager. Also, it’s true you’re not getting anything bigger up the stairs at the house. Also, I’d suggest booking “cooking with Luca” on Get your Guide. It was a fun family experience that we could bring back to the states!

Loved this 4 level apartment! Location was amazing. Very comfortable. Air conditioning was great! We brought a car to Riomaggiore and we worked with owner for private parking. There is public parking but not guaranteed. View is nice from multiple levels. We were Ages 67, 51, 20 & 18. We were all in pretty good shape so we were able to handle all of the stairs/steps. But I wouldn’t recommend for anyone with knee or health issues. Our 20 & 18 yo LOVED the Rocky areas right by apartment and swam and sunbathed throughout the whole trip. There is a beach about 5-10 min walk away but very rocky. Still a nice beach. Bring water shoes for that beach. Apt Not far from train station and walking trails. You WILL get your steps in at Riomaggiore!! Great restaurants and nearby groceries. Riomaggiore was the highlight of our trip and would come back and stay again.

My spouse and I stayed 5 nights at this lovely accommodation.It is truly a little gem!Tiny with four stories but perfect. We loved sleeping to the sound of the crashing waves and the full moon shinning through our bedroom window!We enjoyed sitting on our little patio eating and watching the boats,kayaks and swimmers go by.Easy access to everything ,also to the village and train station.We arrived very late at night but the owner had provided a video directing us to the unit, so check in went really well.The place is bright, clean and has everything, to make your stay a comfortable ,fun and a great experience!We would definitely stay there again..Thank you Antonio!

The location of this apartment is great and has everything you require for your stay. But as mentioned it has a very tight staircase between all floors and is not suitable for bigger people or mobility issues!! That said it is super cute with lots of character! You also have to know there is a lot of stairs in town and they are not even so can be an issue too.

I had a wonderful time at Rioggamoire! The property offers absolutely breathtaking scenic views that made our stay feel so special. It was incredibly clean and well-maintained, which made it feel like a home away from home. The host was also amazing—very nice, accommodating, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. This is the perfect place to stay if you’re looking for a peaceful, beautiful getaway. Highly recommend!

This property is fine for a young agile adventurer. It is difficult to get through with all of the large uneven stairs, especially with luggage. Once there, you must deal with the tiny staircase. My 6 foot two, 250 pound boyfriend had to sleep in the bunkbed next to the bathroom so he didn’t have to deal with the staircase at night going from the fourth floor to the second floor to use the bathroom. I’m 54, 150 pounds, and I had to descend the stairs backwards like a ladder parentheses which would have been easier actually in parentheses in order to feel safe going up and down those stairs. Your bed is on the fourth floor and your luggage has to stay on the first floor, it makes her a tiring stay. also, the view really isn’t that great from the balcony. It’s narrow between two other buildings, obstructed by cactus and clotheslines. It is convenient to the water, I will say.

This was a great apartment to have for our stay in Cinque Terre. It’s so close to the train, to all the restaurants, and to the water while also being quiet enough to sleep! This location was excellent! Check in was easy and check out was easy. The views are spectacular! As others have written about, the stairs between floors are steep and narrow but if you take your time, you’ll be fine if you don’t have any mobility issues, you’ll be fine. Comfortable beds. This was an amazing place to stay in Riomaggiore. It's 4 rooms stacked on top of each other with a spiral staircase connecting each room. Each room has views of the ocean a small balcony. We stayed here with 2 adults and 3 children, it was great. However, I believe 4-5 adults will find it a bit tight. If you are over 6 feet tall you will have a problem getting up and down the spiral staircases between floors. This was all communicated by Antonio (property owner) so there were no surprises. Definitely utilized Roberto if you need bag transport from the train station. Getting many heavy bags to this location is not easy. This property was perfect for our family. However, I feel 4 adults will find it tight. I would 100% stay here again.

We stayed in this house for two nights. Everything was great. I know the host indicates this, but unless you have minimal luggage or backpacks only, you will have to leave your luggage on the first floor. The stairs are very narrow and steep between the floors. However, each level offers space to relax and take in the gorgeous sea views. Thanks to Stefano’s help for getting to the location and helping us settle in.

Anthony was very helpful sending 2 people to meet us at the train station tunnel to help us find the unit- without that help- we would likely still be looking for it! its a very tight winder staircase- think about a treehouse that services the 4 story unit. you need small luggage...not just for the unit- for the whole town! But it certainly created a wonderful memory.

Great apartment in excellent location, not far from the train station and next to a beautiful harbor in Riomaggiore. Just a short walk to shops and restaurants. Apartment is small on four levels with narrow and somewhat steep spiral stairs between levels. First level is entry with sofa, and best to leave larger luggage there. Next level is bunk beds and bathroom with small balcony and small view of sea. Third level is kitchen with small balcony and small view of sea. Fourth level is bedroom with nice window view of sea. This was our first trip to Cinque Terre so the apartment, spiral staircase, and partial ocean views were smaller than we expected but met our needs well and the location was great. Would stay here again!

Tower home means the rooms are small, and there are four of them with a narrow spiral staircase from one to the next. Understand that going in. The hosts are excellent. They really went the extra mile to help us find the place and get into it late when we had aircraft problems and were very late arriving. The place has excellent views, is right next to the ocean, and close to the downtown area.

When we arrived it was raining. Raluca met us at the train station. Thanks to her so much for helping us get to our room. There were many steps up and down to the apartment and the steps were very wet. We also were no accustomed to the steps and the fact that we brought way to much luggage on our trip. If you are reading this, do yourself a favor and pack light. The apartment is 4 floors and very unique. It’s small and cute and great for 2 people. Top floor is the bedroom. Great view and you can hear the ocean with the window cracked at night. The third floor is the kitchen. It is cute but didn’t have coffee or dish towels or basic salt or pepper. There is a deck for one person to sit and drying line if you go to the laundry on the Main Street then bring it back to dry or dry it at the laundromat. The second floor is the toilet shower and sink. There is a bunk bed which I put my toiletries on. There is another small balcony for drying laundry/towels. The first floor has a small tv, small couch and entranceway. We left our luggage here and just took clothes out as needed. The air conditioning worked on all floors. The one thing we noticed was there were more clean towels. The towels we found were shoved inside the cabinet and were still dirty. A blanket and rugs were left outside and were soaked. I washed one time while we were there and washed a few towels so we had clean towels to spare. When we left we had an easier way to go, it was early and no one was up yet. Fun time!

This is an amazing property located in beautiful Riomaggiore where you can enjoy a glass of wine on the patio watching the Mediterranean. The property is clean, well maintained and charming. You are very close to the water and the restaurants. Like everything else in Riomaggiore, there are stairs to climb to get to all four floors and plan to leave your luggage on the first floor.
