Small inside on 3 levels with wooden open stairs. Very small bathroom. Sofa bed is in the small kitchen area. A LOT of stairs to get to it so not suitable for younger children or the infirm. Could do with updating. Having said all that it is in a very old building right on the harbour front and so some of this it is to be expected.

Great balcony at the top and listening to the ocean.

It was clear where the key was, but wasn't clear that it was also the apartment location since additional instructions were provided after the key collection. Spiral staircase was tricky to navigate- especially for tall people.

I loved the view of the ocean from the larger bedroom and balcony. The apartment was also close to the sea and a very short walk to exceptional authentic eateries.

The only bonus of this property is the view from the tiny balcony at the top of the house. My kids felt this house looked like the house they liked in Disney Luca movie.

As soon as you book you will receive a lot of automated messages from the host. Asking for details of all guests, giving you instructions and pointing out how to find the house as it has no address. The host will chase you constantly until you send her this and expressly ask ‘not to ask for help once there as she is not in cinque terre so could not help’. The amount of automated emails stressed me out. You ll be asked to follow 10 photos the host sent you to help you find the house. The house has lots of steps and i cannot imagine someone not fit enough to try to climb them. After all those initial emails which at times come across a bit rude (probably google translator fault) you will not get any message asking if all ok and if you needing anything or you were happy. Decoration of the house is dated and at some points lack of taste. There is no wiffi. Check out ‘strictly’ at 10 am. Ouch!

Great apartment with gorgeous sea view. Host was wonderful, communication was easy. Perfect for family of 4 visiting Cinque Terre.

Location near the sea and harbor is terrific. There is a very nice small balcony on the top level with excellent views. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was clean.

It is tiny, tiny, with 3 levels stacked on top of each other. There is a tiny spiral staircase between the levels and limited seating area. This property requires the ability to walk a significant number of steps to the property and inside the property. Large luggage is useless - pack small to visit anywhere in Riomaggiore.
