Fantastic view.

Fantastic location. Great balcony overlooking the harbour. Good detail from host as to how to find it

Small inside on 3 levels with wooden open stairs. Very small bathroom. Sofa bed is in the small kitchen area. A LOT of stairs to get to it so not suitable for younger children or the infirm. Could do with updating. Having said all that it is in a very old building right on the harbour front and so some of this it is to be expected.

Le balcon et la proximité des restos ainsi que de la marina. Quel belle vue pour les coucher de soleil. Les explications de l’hôte sont claire et nous aide beaucoup.

C’est petit pour 5 personnes. Attention aux personnes avec contraire physique car l’appartement est sur 3 étages avec escalier très étroit. Salle de bain est sur le palier du centre.

Placeringen og udsigten fra altanen er fantastisk. Man skal være indstillet på det er lidt småt men jo også autentisk på en charmerende måde.

Trappen er smal så det skal man lige være forberedt på, men det gik fint nok at bo 5 mennesker i lejligheden et par nætter.

posizione ottimale, proprio sul porticciolo di Riomaggiore

- la casa è su 3 livelli, collegati da una scala stretta e scomoda (anche pericolosa in caso di bimbi o anziani); - ho trovato le lenzuola del divano letto stropicciate e sporche (nel senso che dentro il letto ho trovato un pelo, una formichina e dei granelli di sabbia). Segnalata la cosa alla proprietaria, la stessa non ha battuto ciglio; - c'è la cucina ma manca il tavolo, o meglio, c'è un mobiletto che può diventare un tavolo, dal quale estrarre poi le sedie per sedersi e mangiare (tutto molto scomodo chiaramente). Trattasi di opinioni personali.

Абсолютно очаровательная квартира с великолепным видом с балкона. Нам все очень понравилось! Хозяйка выслала заранее подробные инструкции с фото о том, как добраться до апартаментов и любезно отвечала на все наши вопросы. Когда едешь в этот регион, нужно заранее быть готовым ходить по лестницам , поэтому доступ к квартире у нас не вызвал никаких вопросов : много лестниц, сама квартира трехуровневая с винтовой лестницей внутри, но пожить в ней несколько дней было очень здорово и необычно .

Очень расстроил тот факт, что вся посуда и кухонные принадлежности были грязными и жирными .

It was clear where the key was, but wasn't clear that it was also the apartment location since additional instructions were provided after the key collection. Spiral staircase was tricky to navigate- especially for tall people.

Not for a romantic scape but did the job for 2 nights. Balcony not terrace and its tiny!.

The only bonus of this property is the view from the tiny balcony at the top of the house. My kids felt this house looked like the house they liked in Disney Luca movie.

As soon as you book you will receive a lot of automated messages from the host. Asking for details of all guests, giving you instructions and pointing out how to find the house as it has no address. The host will chase you constantly until you send her this and expressly ask ‘not to ask for help once there as she is not in cinque terre so could not help’. The amount of automated emails stressed me out. You ll be asked to follow 10 photos the host sent you to help you find the house. The house has lots of steps and i cannot imagine someone not fit enough to try to climb them. After all those initial emails which at times come across a bit rude (probably google translator fault) you will not get any message asking if all ok and if you needing anything or you were happy. Decoration of the house is dated and at some points lack of taste. There is no wiffi. Check out ‘strictly’ at 10 am. Ouch!

Good value

Location near the sea and harbor is terrific. There is a very nice small balcony on the top level with excellent views. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was clean.

It is tiny, tiny, with 3 levels stacked on top of each other. There is a tiny spiral staircase between the levels and limited seating area. This property requires the ability to walk a significant number of steps to the property and inside the property. Large luggage is useless - pack small to visit anywhere in Riomaggiore.
