The perfect stay to explore cinque terre!

Super cute room! They accommodated for us by giving us the large double bed which was really comfortable. The place was spacious and very easy to get to (a minute's walk from Riomaggiore train station).

Sometimes the shower pressure would be low and we'd have to wait a bit for it to come back on, but it's not a big deal to be honest.

Wifi was advertised but the internet was down for the whole duration No access to rooftop. This was a bit disappointing as the photos was advertised but was told it was private access when we arrived. Please delete these false photos if it’s not provided

Convenient and relaxed in beautiful Riomaggiore

The location near the train station was great. The owners were very responsive and friendly. The balcony with a view to the sea was a plus. We were very comfortable.

Overall it was great and we would stay there anytime we are in Riomaggiore. One small hiccup - they rushed us out even before check out time to fix a faulty toilet. But to be fair they were kind to let us check in early so it balanced out.

Perfect place to stay in Cinque Terre

Lovely apartment. 2min from train station, 5min from town and on the hiking trails. Very comfortable, nice balcony, excellent shower. Coffee machine with pods provided. Staff were amazing and super helpful, providing information about local events and giving a tourist pass which gave discounts

Highly recommend! A fantastic homebase for a few days in Cinque Terre!

Everything is perfect! Great location, just outside the train station. Spacious apartment, very clean and well maintained. Fully functioning kitchen idea for cooking at home. Super friendly and helpful host. Powerful AC in every bedroom so very cool in the summer.

A wonderful apartment in a beautiful town

We were met by the owners brother who was really friendly and knowledgeable. We arrived earlier than check in and we were accompanied straight away. The property was very close to the station. So only a short walk up a slopped pavement. It had everything you could need for a wonderful stay in Riomaggiore. It is nearly opposite a restaurant so you could use it if you didn’t want to self cater. There is a pizza place just a few meters down towards the station too. It’s a short walk up to the start of the Riomaggiore to Manarola trail. It’s on the quieter side of town but only a short walk to the harbour.

Bellissimo e piacevole soggiorno a Riomaggiore

Ho soggiornato una notte con amici. Faccio presente che eravamo 7 persone suddivisi in due appartamenti. Uno da 4 persone posto al primo piano di un condominio ed un secondo appartamento da 3 persone posto al 4° piano senza ascensore del condominio di fronte(se avete problemi di deambulazione magari provate a chiedere alla struttura preventivamente). Per noi è stato tutto positivo. Appartamenti posti a 100mt dalla stazione ferroviaria ma molto silenziosi, circa 700 mt dal parcheggio Riopark e 600mt dalla spiaggia di Riomaggiore.Leggermente decentrato ma Dotato di aria condizionata ,che ce l'hanno gentilmente fatta trovare accesa , compresa l'acqua in frigo. Appartamenti puliti e nuovi con balconcino.

Personalmente non amo gli asciugacapelli da parete con tubo attaccati al muro

Wonderful hosts and location!

The owners are great people. We had a big change of plans due to medical emergency for my husband and our arrival as a result was very late into the night and the owner wated for us and was very pleasant. The appartment is also located in a great location, few short minutes from the train station and no stairs to climb! Appartment is big, comfy, has a nice balcony. We would definitley stay here again!!

It would be nice to have shampoo and conditioner, but its something that can be purchased so was not a big deal for us.

This stay was a let-down, but was close to the train station

We booked 4 rooms for a group of 13. Each unit had AC that worked great (a MUST in the summer), private bathrooms, and a good location to the train station in a quiet area that hardly sees any tourists. The patio in one of the units was a wonderful hangout spot for the adults of the group.

One of the 4 rooms we were given was not the unit we booked and was a significant downgrade (much more worn and outdated, smelled weird, no balcony or view (looked over an overgrown alley and in a third building away from the other rooms). I contacted the owner the day after check-in as I had realized that the room was NOT as pictured and they said that the room we booked had a broken toilet (not sure why we weren’t told this at check-in). We stayed in the downgraded room all 4 nights and I contacted booking.com to request a partial refund. The owner is refusing since she had to rent out the room we stayed in from a friend and it costed her more money to do that than what we paid her. We still were significantly downgraded and the toilet issue isn’t our fault. No compensation has been given and the owner has been very defensive about it from the beginning of the issue. Overall, all units had a weird smell to them, are rundown, the hallways to the rooms are dark and creepy at night, and the owner not very responsive to communications. Also, I had asked before arriving via Booking.com messaging if there are laundry facilities nearby and they said yes don’t worry - the laundry facilities were a good 10+ minute walk downhill, through a long tunnel, and then uphill again - certainly NOT nearby. Included in photos are 2 photos of the room and view we booked and then 2 photos of the room we got and the “view”.

Great location, spacious full apartment

The location was perfect for the activities we planned for our visit to Cinque Terra. We thoroughly enjoyed having an entire apartment with two bedrooms. There was a restaurant very nearby that we were able to get breakfast. Very helpful proprietor who met us promptly on our arrival.

Door for initially contacting proprietor upon arrival is not well marked from street - took us a couple of minutes to locate it and figure out contact method.

Comfortable place when you know where it is!

Spacious apartment with a nice terrace and good views over the hills. Had everything we needed although bathroom, particularly the shower, needs an update

Lots of stairs involved although since the town is on the side of the hill this was to be expected. Communication was poor. We messaged ahead, several times, to get confirmation that they had our booking and arrangements on how to pick up keys. They did not reply to any of the messages. When you are travelling between places this is very worrying!! So we turned up not knowing where to go etc. Google maps does not show where it is.

Best place to stay on Cinque Terre! We can’t wait to come back.

Lovely, comfy room with great facilities and in a fab location. Balcony with a view of the sea and hills. Very short walk to Riomaggiore station where you can take a train to visit other towns. Walking distance to the centre of Riomaggiore and Cinque Terre walks. The owners are incredibly helpful - even met us at the station when we had to pick up a piece of property we’d left behind. Lovely place and lovely people.

it’s very close to the train station but the town is so small that everything is relatively close.

the room smelled a little bit, just a smell of something old. also there was no kettle in the room. and it was a bit hard to find it as on the map it shows the building on the opposite side of the road.

Enjoyable, peaceful and relaxing.

We loved our stay in Casa Lorelei, the location was great and Fulver and Daniele our hosts made us feel very welcome. It was lovely to wake in the morning to birdsong, easy access to the railway station and a short walk to the harbour. Exceptionally clean with all the amenities in the apartment we needed. We highly recommend Casa Lorelei.

The location was excellent! It was an incredibly close location to the train station.

There was mold in the shower. When I booked the accommodations I was told there would be two beds. When we arrived we were told we would have to pay extra for the pull-out mattress to be assembled.

Daniele was excellent, very helpful and friendly assisting us with our check in. Gave us lots of local tips. Location was great! Short distance from train station with no stairs to the building. Good air conditioning. Kitchen was good for preparation of simple meals. We would stay here again.

Owner and manager are separate, need to ensure they are aware of your arrival time so can coordinate meeting for check in. Our experience was fine though.

Perfect location, friendly hosts, convenient and clean.

Brilliant customer service, very friendly managers & good sized layout with a kitchenette which was great for food preparation. 1 minute stroll to all the best places and the train station is an easy walk down the hill. Would definitely recommend Casa Lorelei to others. We only intended to stay one night and enjoyed it so much we called the host and booked another night.

Cosy, clean, spacious, affordable

The host waited for us in the street even though our arrival time wasn't very secure due to the delay in switching trains and finding our way to the property. We were mind blown by the value for money, the rooms are huge, well equipped and with a very cute balcony. Probably the best accommodation in 5 terre.

It would be nice to have another set of keys for couples as it happens we may have to split up and we ran into some issues as I was busy in a video call when my partner wanted to come in.
