Perfect apartment for our stay - Riomaggiore-what a structural wonder of a town.

Excellent communication with owner! Incredible view. Large apt. Kitchen well stocked with accessories. Thanks for numerous coffee pods and champagne. Quite clean. Comfy beds. Caution that electricity goes off when one leaves apt in case you are doing laundry. We would definitely return to this property. Riomaggiore Cinque Terra = lots of stairs no matter the property.

Such a cute town to explore, everyone we met was nice and our place was amazing!

Know that there are many stairs to climb to get to the room, so definitely not for everyone, but for our family it was magical!

The apartment met our needs and was a lovely fresh base to come home to each day.

The apartment was as stated per the photos and very clean. The view from the balcony was truly exceptional and an aspect that we enjoyed each day. Anyone staying at Cinque Terre should be aware of the hilly nature of the villages and design of the buildings with many steps. Giadera requires some effort getting there but for us it was worth it and consistent with what to expect at Cinque Terre.

It is difficult to fault Giadera as the apartment was true to the advertisements and Giovanni a very gracious and on hand host for any questions we had. The storage is a little tight for two couples, but we managed to make it work.

The design of the apartment is very old, lake of furniture in the living room( the is no sofa ar a proper living room design); the shower definitely should be changed. The price is high for what offers.

It is close to the train station and very easy to get to restaurants. Great base for hiking. The host was very informative and got back to me right away. The view was absolutely gorgeous.

Beautiful view from the terrace! Spacious and clean rooms. Communication with host was accurate and timely. Very clear instructions on how to find the entrance and get in. It’s right in the heart of Riomaggiore As long as you’re prepared for a lot of stairs this is a great property.

Just be prepared for lots of steep stairs. But that’s the nature of Cinque Terre anyway.

We love, love, love the view! The host was very responsive and helpful. He contacted me ahead of time with all the info i needed to check-in. Very spacious apartment. It is truly a penthouse's in Riomanggiore!

just a little warning that there is quite a bit of stairs to get to the place haha We were fine with it. Also, this is not about the penthouse's but I just want to give a warning about a restaurant near by called "Il Grottino" very rude service where the older, taller waiter wagged his finger at us and said "your water, not in my cup" as we poured our own water in the glasses, and then took all the glasses away. I understand his reasons but his approaches was very rude. Food was mediocre at best. We shoud have follow the host's recommendation for restaurants!

Exceeded all expectations and was a wonderful stay!

This rental exceeded all expectations and the main living space was much more spacious than we expected, which was a very pleasant surprise. The apartment is comfortably furnished and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The photos of the balcony do not do the view justice, it was exactly what we were hoping for - we felt fully immersed in the town with a view of the water, town, and surrounding hills. The host was highly communicative, responsive, warm, and welcoming, and provided excellent tips - including a local parking contact and porter contact we could hire to help with luggage on the way out! They also provided a very helpful video about how to find the apartment from the main road, access the lock box, and navigate the apartment building.

The view was amazing. The facilities were good and the welcoming food was a nice touch to our stay. We had fresh green olives with oil, cherry tomatoes and bread waiting for us when we arrived 🤩.

Very nice view from the terrace. The apartment is spacious and well equipped (kitchen ustensiles, dishwasher, washing machine...). The apartment is well located.

There are presently renovation works ongoing in another apartment downstairs which makes this apartment noisy at times.

I’ve wanted to stay at this apartment for a long time now, so happy to finally get the chance!

The location was amazing, with the balcony overlooking the sea. It was spacious, nice it had two bedrooms. It was very clean.

There was a leak around the sink in the bathroom, maybe due to heavy rain? The bed with the view wasn’t so comfortable, and very squeaky! And the furniture was a bit old fashioned.

lovely place n worth to live again

The location is not too far from train station, however. need to spend a bit time to see the vedio for finding out the location as many stairs we walk through. The Seaview is excellent and the landlord is also helpful n kind. We enjoy the time spending at Rio Msggiore.

Amazing view of the town and ocean. Beautiful apartment right in the centre of town. Restaurants and bars everywhere, supermarket across the street. Easy walk from the train station. The host was amazing and very helpful. I would rate this apartment one of the best places we've stayed in the world and would recommend it to anyone coming to Riomaggiore.
