The location could not be better. Very close to the train, restaurants and sea. I would recommend parking in Spezia and taking train in. The apartment is only a block away from the station. Parking in town is expensive. Would recommend the sunset cruise with Antonio Bellante of Crazy Boat Cinque Terre

We had an amazing stay in Riomaggiore and truly couldn’t have asked for a better location. The apartment was perfectly situated — just a short walk from the train station, which made visiting the other Cinque Terre villages incredibly easy. It was also only a few minutes from the town center and the beach, so everything we needed was close by. The room itself was simple in the best way: clean, comfortable, and absolutely perfect for our long stay. And the view… breathtaking. Waking up every morning to the Mediterranean Sea felt like a dream. At night, we could hear frogs, which was surprisingly relaxing and added to the charm of the place. We were surrounded by trattorias, cafés, and pizzerias, and there were so many walking paths to explore — you could wander for hours and not even mind getting a little lost. Coming back “home” at the end of a full day of exploring was always pleasant, and we especially appreciated having an elevator after all those Cinque Terre hills. Andrea was incredibly sweet, and communication was excellent from start to finish. Check‑in was smooth, and since we stayed 11 days, the cleaning service was very much appreciated. The room had a mini fridge and a kettle, and there was a shared microwave available as well. We absolutely loved our stay and were genuinely sad to leave our little “Riomaggiore home.” Highly recommended.

Great stay! There is no front desk or person working onsite, however you will message the operator via WhatsApp, and the communication was prompt and always with clear instructions, in English. Keys for the building and your room will be found in a lockbox on the outside of the building, and that was all pretty easy. They will even send you a timelapse video of how to get to the front door from the Riomaggiore train station, but it's super easy, literally straight up the hill a half a block. There are at least 3 restaurants right there at the base of the hill, where you can buy beverages, coffee, get hot food, etc! The location is great, overall. To get to the main street and waterfront in Riomaggiore, you'll walk through a tunnel. The Via Delle Amore trail is also right there! The room itself was as nice as the photos. Essentially new finishes, and very important: the AC worked well!! 🙏 Bed was comfortable, furniture is nice, there's a Nespresso machine in the room, too, which like the good AC was greatly appreciated!🙏 There is a fridge in the room, and a microwave available in the hallway should you need it. Room had a great view of the Mediterranean, curtains, and even a motorized shutter outside that you can lower. I was able to text the operator for needed daily items, like fresh towels, more nespresso pods and toilet paper around 11:30am when the cleaning lady is there in the building. It was a very comfortable and easy stay! 🛌
