Wonderful town!

beautiful apartment in beautiful town. The views are wonderful, people there are very nice and accommodating. The staff made the check in process very easy, despite the challenge of bringing a car into town, they made it much easier.

I know November is off season, but I thought more restaurants would be open. as such we found only 1 place to eat on our side of Rio Maggiore, and only 2-3 more in the whole town. Very little was open when we visited on a Tuesday evening.

Very nice and stylish apartment

Very nice, clean and cozy apartment, decorated with style. There is a garage which was really great convenience, because we left the car there for the whole period and travelled between the villages by trains.

The pillows were too high and the bed was too soft.

Nice quiet area. Appt was great. . Valeria very helpful and we were able to check in a little earlier too which was great.

Place to be, we recommand

The place is inside the romagierio area. With an extra parking 26€ for 1 night.

The shower was a bit to small, difficult to go inside. We miss a microwave, iron and a vacuum cleaner… There is elevator to go down close to the Main Street. 2€/person. Free on night

A little bit of paradise. 😍

This apartment is in an excellent location to explore Cinque Terre. It’s not far from the train station and positioned at the start of one of the many trails. The owners have put lots of love and thought into the decor and facilities in the apartment making our stay a truly memorable experience. Communication with the owner was easy over WhatsApp once we were there. We would love to return.

The bathroom shower and sink take a while to drain but didn’t affect our excellent experience.

Good location, 10 minutes walk from the center. Big and clean apartment.

Communication with the owner was a big issue with slow response time and not answering the phone. Tourist card is not provided (which is important if u want to trek or do the via dell amor) parking was tiny. my car almost did not fit it

Perfect vacation home in Riomagiore

Perfect location in 5-terre, Nice and clean, very comfortable vacation home in Riomagiore. We arrived with a car and left it in the garage parking, traveled by train between the villages. The apartment is located 5 minutes walk from the center and the train startion.

We had to go to buy breakfast, but that was not so bad. The bathroom fan was broken.

A really nice apartment for a short holiday

I loved the location. Is quiet and beautiful. The light in the room and living room is amazing. A really cozy terrace. Is close to the center of the town, the wifi works really good. I would return happily .

the bed mattress was damp. There was a musty smell in the room as well. This made it difficult for me to sleep.

Nice location, appr. 10-15 minutes walk from the city centre. Very well equipped, comfortable, nice and clean accomodation. Garage available for money. Helpful and nice host.

It could be closer to the city centre and the beach. There was quite a traffic on the street in front of the window, so it was noisey in the evening. This noise troubled my sleep with the opened window. There is no air conditioning, only fans.

A nice apartment in a good spot

The apartment was spacious and had a nice decoration. The air condition worked fine and the terrace was nice, you could see the mountains from there. The owner waited us at the apartement when we arrived and he was friendly. The railway station and centre were less than 10 minutes away on foot.

The shower was really small. Luckily we are quite tiny people but if you are a big fella it's gonna be a real challenge for you to shower there..

There was clean apartment. Good location.

First of all the apartment owner was rude when she met us. Also she couldn’t speak English. Then she insisted to pay us extra money for the parking. When we came in there was no electricity, so we had to wait until they repaired. The shower was too small, only slim and tiny people can fit there. Also the shower pad wasn’t working properly and it was always full of water. Furthermore, we put the house parfum inside the cupboard and left there, but when we checked out, the owner started to shout at us that we stole that. What is more, the owner came 30 minute earlier before our check out time and started annoying us outside the house. The worst booking experience we ever had. Don’t recommend.

Iszonyat előnyös, szép, kényelmes szálláshely!Több információközlés kell a tökéletes tartózkodáshoz!

Tágas lakás, nagy terasz kültéri asztallal, napozóággyal, szőlőtőke dombos kilátással, perfetto :). Jók a lakberendezési tárgyak, képek (tengeri stílus), van érzéke a szállásadónak! Az apartman mindennel felszerelt: só, bors, kávé, tea, cukor, komplett konyha (mikró nincs), tisztasági betét, szemfestéklemosó, tusfürdő, mosogatószer, terítő, alátét, sok vállfa, 2 klíma, tévé, hangulatvilágítás, soroljam még? :) Nagy előny egy fedett garázs a faluban, mert aki kocsival érkezik ide, annak kötelező helyet találnia (csak a helyi lakosok parkolhatnak bárhol)! A tulajdonosnál 20 euró/nap, míg az egyetlen, nyilvános Riomaggiore parkológarázsban 35 euró/nap áron van és kevés, limitált hely van ott. Nem mindegy hol száll meg egy autós utazó, főleg főszezonban! Még így is a legolcsóbb szállások közé tartozik az apartman. A vonattal érkezőknek viszont ideális a szállás, mert az utcai lifttel alig pár perc alatt elérhető az állomás (CinqueTerre Card árusító irodával)!

Folyamatos kommunikációban voltunk a tulajdonossal, hiszen a foglaláskor jeleztem: SZÜKSÉGEM van a parkolóhelyre! Ezt vissza is igazolta, hogy kibérelhetem. Bármit kérdeztem, AZONNAL válaszolt a hölgy, gördülékeny volt a chat, tökéletes. Megérkeztünk, szépen elkísért minket a garázshoz, adott tourist residence CARDot Riomaggioréhoz (ingyenes lifthasználat helyben, kedvezmények a CinqueTerre kártyára, a várba, ingyenes Wc használat). Tehát minden fasza, szóval elvártam volna, hogy tájékoztat arról, MÁR a parkoló foglalásakor, hogy hogyan jutok be az utcába a bérelt autómmal! Meglepetésemre sorompóval lezárt a szállás utcájának legeslegeleje (via De Gasperi)! Egy másik autó után gyorsan behajtottunk az utcába, mielőtt lezárt volna az automata sorompó. Gondolom JOGTALANUL, szóval lehet a rendszám felismerő kamerák miatt kapunk Riomaggiore önkormányzatától egy jó kis bírságot. Az olasz autóbérlő cégek MINDIG kiküldik a ZTL behajtási bírságokat még félév múlva is :( A szállásadó hölgy második nap generált nekünk a rendszámunk alapján ACESS QR kódot a sorompóhoz, DE ezt külön kellett kérni tőle, nem ajánlotta fel első nap :(. Ebből azt gondolom, hogy megérkezésünk napján nem tette meg a bérelt autónk rendszámának online regisztrálását, így első napra kijön majd a bírság?!. :(

Splendide appartement à Riomaggiore.

Si vous voulez passer un séjour parfait il est à l'emplacement idéal et en bas il y a la meilleure pizza. L'endroit est situé au début des cinq terres alors il vous sera facile de visiter ce magnifique bijou de parc. Il est plus près de la station de train que si vous êtes en ville mais vous devrez monter un peu. Vous ne regretterez pas votre décision si vous avez la chance de pouvoir y séjourner. Merci à mes hôtes de m'avoir secourus alors que j’avais oublié mes clés.

J'entendais les voisins du haut s'engueuler.

Séjour été en famille

Bel appartement avec une chambre sur les hauteurs de Riomaggiore au calme en été et frais. Parking indispensable, très juste pour une grosse voiture.

Le matelas de la chambre est en très mauvais état, celui du canapé lit un peu mieux mais très fin, correct avec des enfants. Douche bouchée et salle d eau à rafraîchir ! Dommage que le prix du parking soit en plus ( 20€/j) du prix total. Enfin la gare de Riomaggiore est à 800 m et c est un village très pentu. Le centre ville est loin aussi de l appartement. Rapport qualité prix moyen. Trop cher pour la qualité des prestations. Sinon nous avons visité les villages des 5 terre en train pendant 2 j et ils valent le voyage !

В этом крайне крайне трудно найти объект с парковкой для авто. Этим место уникально. Объект расположен близко к морю. В пешей доступность есть все необходимое.

Где-то неподалеку на дороге установлен люк или что-то подобное. Утром, когда проезжают редкие машины и наезжают на этот люк, то он издает громкий шум. Вокруг было все так хорошо, что только этот отдельный момент можно указать, как трудность. Хотя, она и не относится к самому объекту.
