Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse und ist ausreichend gross für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern. Man muss nur etwas Fussweg in Kauf nehmen, wenn man an den Strand oder ins Zentrum möchte. Das Doppelstockbett hat den Kindern am meisten gefallen. Gut ausgestattete Küche.

Man merkt der Unterkunft an, dass sie bereits gut genutzt wurde. Es waren einige Schäden ersichtlich (beim Kühlschrank war die Tür vom Eisfach defekt, BD hat getropft, Bedienfeld der Heizung defekt, aber es war genug warm, sodass wir die Heizung nicht brauchten). Auch die Sauberkeit in der Küche liess leider zu wünschen übrig.

Stay was great, comfortable.

Location is far corner of Riomaggiore. Hence need to walk down and up a lot. Also there was no shops/restaurants close by and need to walk down way anything.

Amélioration et entretien à prévoir !

L'emplacement du logement.,le calme . Par contre nous pensions utiliser l'ascenseur mais il ne fonctionnait pas.

Dans l'ensemble, l'appartement n'etait pas très propre : notamment le sol, la housse du matelas du convertible et la housse qui était tachée, la terrasse...Le frigo etait givré et la porte du congélateur ne tenait pas fermée. Le lit supérieur du lit superposé ne nous semblait pas sécurisé car l'accès au lit était trop compliqué, manque de sécurité ++. Marché pied qui donne accès au placard au dessus de l'évier peu sécurisé également En plein milieu de notre dernière nuit du séjour l'alarme incendie a sonné sans raison, nous avons contrôlé la validité de l'alarme et c'est une pile qui devrait fonctionner correctement jusqu'en 2028. La climatisation est très difficile à utiliser , difficile de dormir dans la chambre sans ouverture.

Owners did not provide clear instructions on check in and property was not clean.

The check in process was very confusing and not straightforward. We showed up at the property at check in time 3pm and it was not cleaned. We had to call the owners to get a cleaner to the property, which they did promptly. When we came back, they had sent us check in instructions for the wrong property and we were struggling to get in at night. Another phone call to the own for the passcode to get in. The location was a long walk uphill from the train station with bags, and it would have been nice for the owners to provide instructions on how to get there from the station. We found out there was an elevator while we were leaving. All in all, we would not stay here again.

It was not clean on arrival. The beds were uncomfortable. No clear instructions on how to find the property or how to get in.

A bit smaller than I expected but fine for the 2 nights that we were there.

The place was clean, located on a quiet street, and fine for what we needed. Once we found the property (the address is different than advertised) the instructions were clear and the keys were easy to find.

It was a bit smaller than expected (3 adults, 2 children). The address on the booking site is not correct. They only tell you the real address once you give them your passport information. It was ten minutes further from the train station than what was advertised. But the location was still good for getting to the main street with the restaurants - as long as you can handle the stairs!
