This hotel was located in an excellent location right by the water. It was beautiful and everything you think of when you envision dreamy Cinque Terre. The apartment was extremely comfortable. We enjoy looking out into the harbor with the windows open and then closing them when it got too hot and turning on the refreshing air conditioner. The room was extremely quiet with the windows closed despite all the people outside. We appreciated the great service- help getting our bags to the apartment- I would suggest you reserve the porter service as the price is very reasonable and the stairs are difficult with luggage. Finally we appreciated the complimentary snacks and drinks in the refrigerator. I highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect position overlooking harbour, very helpful staff, always answered when needed. At 67, we probably didn't take in to account the distance from parking to rooms. Downhill was ok, but took its toll on the return journey. All that considered we had a fabulous time.

Staff is amazing.

Our stay was absolutely unreal!! The location could not have been more perfect we were staying right in one of those iconic colorful buildings you see in all the Cinque Terre postcards. Paolo was an amazing host from start to finish. He met us at the train station, guided us to the apartment, and even helped us with our luggage, which we really appreciated. He was extremely informative, welcoming, and made sure we knew that we could reach out if we needed anything. He was also very quick to respond anytime we messaged him. The room service was excellent as well. They kept everything clean and were so attentive, bringing anything we needed throughout our stay. Having our own private porch area in front was such a beautiful bonus! we loved being able to sit outside and take in the atmosphere of Riomaggiore. The whole experience felt so authentic and magical, and it’s definitely one of those places we’ll never forget We truly could not have asked for a better location or a better experience in Cinque Terre. We would absolutely stay here again!
