Great stay in a lovely convenient apartment but communication could have been better.
Clean, comfortable and in an ideal location, a short walk from everything. Great base to explore cinque terre.
We did have some communication issues with management - no communication on booking about when we would receive check in details which led to us having to chase the property for this information (turns out they send it 24hrs before stay but would have been nice to know). Also on arriving the bathroom window had no glass in it, it was a high window but did open out into a communal corridor, obviously not ideal. Turns out management were already aware of this but hadn’t communicated this to us, however when we did raise it to them they were very helpful offered us a variety of solutions and quickly remediated the situation. I think it would have been nice for them to have communicated the issue and solutions to us before us having to raise it.

Beautiful accommodation with new and clean facilities
very clean and cute with new appliances. the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and it came with a coffee maker which was a huge bonus.
