Locked out . There was nobody there. We had to stand outside and ask locals to help find the manager ss the doors were locked… unacceptable to me.! We did eventually get in after a few hours. The lobby smelled of mold. The room dark and no view, tiny and not clean. The location was ok but would not stay here again mostly because of the poor service/no service and smell.

I had an excellent experience with all the staff, checking in and out. I also left something very valuable behind and they went WAY out of their way to make sure I got it back. Their honesty and kindness is priceless! The location is great, just make sure you’re ready to trek up the steep hill with your luggage or pay for the luggage transport. The bed was pretty hard but that is typical in Europe/Italy. I would happily stay here again.

Had a nice stay here while exploring Cinque Terre. It was right off the main road so pretty easy to find it and get to it. It is up a big hill as most things are in the area. Had coffee in the mornings and it was cleaned every day. Reception is only certain hours but was super helpful. Our room was at the end of the hall so the WiFi wasn’t very good but it worked.it was a bit expensive for what it was but that is to be expected in the area.

The place is very quaint, nice & clean. It's almost all the way to the top of a steep street. Challenging if your bags are heavy. Desk was friendly & gave good information. I absolutely loved every minute of my stay here! It’s in a perfect location and right where you need to be to explore other parts of Cinque Terre! Room has A/C and heat along with a little fridge. Very quaint part of town and if your like me and tend to stay away from the crowds this location is perfect, close but not too close! Despite a good location in the Cinque Terre i dont recomend the hotel. The room was 2 meters far from the réception and the Window was on the street: really noisy so We were awake at 5am.

Nice location. The room had a nice bed and AC but a tiny shower. Also the staff seemed to yell and argue with each other all day and we could hear it pretty loudly in our room.
