A wonderful apartment in a good location and great value

We loved this rustic apartment, that was in a great location with only 2 sets of stairs to climb to get there. The bed was comfortable and shower very good. Our host was very quick to respond to our messages and super helpful. It was a great base to see all the beautiful villages

Great location for rest but not for enjoying inside

The location is excellent! The host is very caring and friendly, thank you The apartment is very clean Great to drop the bags and go enjoy Cinque Terre from early morning and return in the evening :) There is no sea view, but the street view is amazingly good

The apartment needs a fresh start very very much, everything is old The church is near and the bells ring every hour (at least from 5.am, that makes it very hard to sleep.

We had a lovely stay in Riomaggiore! The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained a perfect place to relax after exploring the Cinque Terre. The location is up on a hill, but just be aware that getting there with big luggage can be a bit of a challenge. What truly made our stay special was Christian, our host. He was incredibly welcoming and helpful, giving us lots of useful information about the town and nearby trails. His local tips really helped us make the most of our visit.

In love with this place

This stay couldn’t have been better! The location of this property was ideal being in the town but only a 2 minute walk from the marina and the train station. Beautiful view of the street from the window with So many bars and restaurants on the street to enjoy. The host was so helpful giving us recommendations and making himself available for anything we needed or were curious about. 10/10 recommend to anyone wanting to see the beauty of Riomaggiore and the Cinque Terre

Great base for getting to know Cinque Terre

Great location to get to know Riomaggiore. Also a good base to get around Cinque Terre overall. We spent 3 days hiking. Christian our Host was fantastic ensuring we had the best stay. Thank you

Rustic and basic

Close to station and right in the centre of the town. There is a kitchen so you can cook a meal.

If you like rustic and basic, this would work for you. There's no WiFi and no television so you really need to be out all day and all evening. Unfortunately my husband was unwell and it rained almost constantly so I was confined to barracks with a book. Luckily I had one with me!

Seaside Vistas: slumbering to the sound of waves and morning baths among fish

We appreciate the exceptional location. The apartment is conveniently positioned just 3 minutes away from the station. It boasts two large windows that offer captivating views of the sea and the marina. With the windows open, you can fall asleep to the soothing sound of the waves. In the early morning, you can reach the rocks or the beach in just 2 minutes, affording you the privilege of a peaceful swim while everyone else is still asleep.

Realistically, there isn't much that needs improvement. The apartment is lovely, the location is superb, and the host is always kind and ready to assist.

Good place to stay in Cinque Terre.

The great host was welcoming and responsive. Good location near the main street and train station. The apartment is equipped with all the necessities: fridge, kitchen with a stove top, and TV. Riomaggiore is a beautiful town, definitely worth visiting.

Sometimes, it was noisy at night due to dense buildings, and late guessed returning home can be easily heard.

Actually I was a bit hesitating to book this property based on some reviews & pictures as I like chick & modern places. Also for the same price I could have a nice 3-4* hotel with breakfast in other nearby seaside town. However it turned up to be very nice, comfortable, clean & spacious apartment in the heart of everything - beach, restaurants, shops, walks. Christian was super professional, kind & helpful even though I haven’t met him - he was promptly responding on whatsapp. Definitely I’d come back to the same property as Riomaggiore is very beautiful place to be.

- central location on the small port, but... (see below) - spacious apartment with kitchenette (kitchenette: see remarks below) - friendly host - short ways to the beach, ferry terminal and village center

- location directly at the tourist main stream, overcrowded during the day - loud tourists in front of the house late at night (drunken characters at two o'clock...) - the location of the accommodation is incorrectly stated in the description. It says "Via San Antonio", check-in Via Colombo. But the apartment is located in the "Via San Giacomo" (port). Had we known that the apartment is not located in the quieter Via San Antonio, we would not have booked. - the cleanliness is okay, but could be better - the kitchenette is barely usable as there is no stove and no kettle. You can heat food in the microwave or make hot water in it for tea. Therefore, the scarce equipment with dishes and cutlery does not bother, because you have to go out to eat anyway. Overall, a disappointment for the steep price.

August in Cinque Terre

The location was amazing and the owner was always ready to help, check-in was super fast and easy. The bed was really comfortable. There were kitchen supplies to do basic cooking and also a coffee machine. I was scared before arriving at the place due to the negative comments, but please keep in mind that you're going in a very very high season to a very touristic destination. So all in all I can say that the relationship price-quality was OK.

The chairs were not comfortable at all so we lacked a sofa or something to chill. It wasn't super clean, like under the bed and wardrobes. And the stairs smelled really humid and weird.

very dirty place, uncomfortable beds, one little fan barely working for a place that has no air conditioning. no dish cloths, hardly any dishes or glasses, shutters for window was broken. I’m one of the apartment there was a constant smell of mildew

Great accommodation for a quick escape!

It’s a good & spacious place to stay in for a quick escape in Cinque Terre. Perfectly located in the heart of Riomaggiore, with few steps away from the Marina and <5mins walk to the station. Christian, the host was very responsive and helpful!

No A/C or Fan makes it difficult to sleep comfortable in hot summer day. I believe it’s a crucial thing to have in the apartment. Could do with a large/long mirror in the apartment, as there’s only one face mirror in the bathroom.

incredibly great communication and flexibility to our needs.

super wonderful in communication and accommodating our last minute need for a place to stay. incredibly located for quick access to the shops yet somewhat away from the noise. Riomaggiore is a pretty noisy place anywhere near the street but for the most part it was quiet at 10pm. we were so thankful for their help.

Prime location in Riommagiore, you are laterally on the port. Great to go to swim or take the train which is super close.

Short stay in Riomaggiore.

Very very well located. Bigger than we were expecting. Very friendly staff, answered our questions very quickly. Very clean.

The stairs were hard. In the house there was another room with a locked door (With a small opening above) that we weren’t using. But the window in that room was open so noise and heat came in. There was no aircon, but a small fan in the room. No WiFi, normally available in common spaces which aren’t accessible due to covid.

Tolle Lage, tolle Gastgeber. Ich komme wieder.

Die Unterkunft ist extrem gut gelegen. Man hatte alles was man braucht, schlicht und einfach eingerichtet. Der Aufenthalt dort hat mir sehr gut gefallen, ich werde sicherlich zurückkehren. Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend, sie haben mir Tipps und Tricks für einen tollen Aufenthalt gegeben. Sehr sympathisch!!
